I hope you’re doing wonderful. I hope you’re doing great. Uh, we’re gonna talk some grass today. Uh, why? ’cause I am a lawn care mowing company. Um, we like to mow grass. Uh, it’s what we do. And now is the time to prepare, uh, for greatness. And I’m sure you’re like, what do you mean prepare for greatness? You know, there’s nothing really to do. Yeah, there is, there are things that we can start getting done. Uh, one is that cleanup. Okay, let’s get all that debris and stuff off the grass, off the yard, okay. And, uh, let’s get that grass healthy and strong and nutrient ready. Okay. Tulsa lawn care community, we want to have lots of nutrients in our ground, uh, ready to go, come spring.
Uh, let them absorb, let them fall into place. Let them have their, their way, their hay, their, all that stuff, uh, so we can get going strong. Uh, it’s a great time to lay down some pre-emergent, great time to lay down some, uh, limestone, uh, things like that just to help get the lawn prepped and ready. Uh, you know, also kind of toughen up that lawn a little bit, uh, that way it’s not so soft and mushy and malleable. Uh, I know that’s kind of usually toward reference towards metal, but what I’m trying to get at is, you know, over the next few months we’re gonna be pretty soggy, uh, just, just because it’s rainy season here in Oklahoma coming in, things like that. So, you know, you walk around, you step around, you’re gonna move that, that mud around and kind of de form your yard.
Uh, so, you know, throwing down a little bit of something like lime or, uh, something like that to kind of help stiffen up the mud a little bit so it’s not so, uh, malleable, so to speak, or, you know, movable or shapeable or whatever, then, you know, might keep a better looking lawn, not so many ruts and things like that. Uh, so just keep that in mind. Something to add to the arsenal of, uh, keeping the yard in, in check, keeping it looking nice and good and firm. Uh, it’s all the above that we want to keep it going. Uh, so Tulsa lawn care community, uh, taking care of our lawn, you know, it starts now, uh, now it’s more of a, uh, issue maybe once every two weeks trying to do something with it. You know, just a little bit here and there. Uh, nothing, uh, that needs to be heavily, uh, worked on or, or, uh, taken care of or any of that, uh, right now because, uh, you know, it’s just, it is, it is winter season, it is slow.
It, you know, there’s not too much going on with it except prep work. Okay? If you prep it now, you’ll have an easy time come spring and summer, okay? You’ll have an easier yard to handle, easier yard to take care of, uh, all the above. Uh, so now is that time to, to get it well, well taken care of and well, uh, watered and well all the above as far as, you know, hey, let’s make sure we have a nice yard. You know, get those nutrients in, get those chemicals and, and other things that you need in now so that you can have a nice looking yard, uh, because you’re taking care of. ’cause once it’s in the thick of it, uh, it’s gonna be a lot harder to handle, uh, you know, try to get started and things like that. The ground won’t have time to absorb all the nutrients and needs to make the yard healthy and stuff.
So these are things we want to consider, uh, a lot easier. You know, it’s all that prep work. All everything’s easier when you prep it beforehand and get it ready and have things lined up. And, and that’s it. I mean, your, your job is done. Your, you’ll take care of the lawn, we’ll get it looking great. Uh, you’ll enjoy your lawn and, uh, you know, like, like anything else, uh, we’ll perfect it to the way you really like it taken care of.
Um, you know, we know the, uh, the methods may be different, but we’re gonna go for the, uh, hopefully the same results, uh, so that you can enjoy your lawn. Uh, every time you look out, you see, it’s nice, mow uh, it’s green, it’s lush, it’s not covered in weeds. Um, as always though, weeds are such a finicky little pain, they do sneak in every once in a while, but we can spray spot them and go from there. Uh, once we get this lawn outta control, the, uh, chemicals used on it aren’t near as bad or near as much. So let us know how and where, when. And if we can help in these situations. If you’ve got a great looking lawn, people want to know who did it, uh, and, and just, and just go with it. When they see the results, they’re not worried about too much else. Uh, we show up when we, uh, say we’re gonna show up, uh, we communicate well. That’s probably our number one, uh, greatest asset as a company is we do really good communication. Uh, so we’re going to reach out, uh, on a minimum of three times when we have activity at your property, uh, day before when we’re headed your way, and when we’ve completed as far as we’re charging a card on file or not. Uh, just things like that. There are some activities, uh, some clients, uh, we offer, depending on all their services they have with us, we can offer them a package
Deal, uh, save them about 10%, uh, on all costs across the board, uh, because we’ll do the package deal, just take off 10% off the top. Uh, and we charge that, uh, every month, once a month at the beginning of the month. Uh, it’s a really great option, uh, simplifies everything for you. And, and like I said, you save 10%, uh, on all, you know, throughout the whole year, uh, on everything. It’s a, it’s a great deal. Uh, very, very reasonable rates, uh, very competitive. Uh, you know what you’re gonna get. There are add-ons that we can do, uh, little extras here and there, uh, that we can add to, to help with the service that maybe not aren’t needed, uh, frequent. Most of the, uh, charges are for either, uh, recurrence on a mult on a regular basis of service, or they are a charge on a bigger project, maybe like leaf removal or, or, uh, Christmas light installation or something like that, that we just average out over the year and stuff.
Uh, still a 10% savings. Um, so I mean, it’s a good deal. It’s a great deal. Um, you know, it’s gonna be hard to beat, uh, especially when you have all these other companies you’re dealing with. You know, you’ve got your, uh, fertilization company, you’ve got your mowing company, you know, maybe you have your tree company. Uh, you have, you know, you got all sorts of different things. And so we, we try to minimize that and get you all worked up into one package. And that way you’re only dealing with one company, and we’ve got you taken care of, and it’s simple and you know where everything’s going, and we’ve got you squared away. And depending on all the services that need it, you know, we’re gonna be out there between 30 and 45 minutes. Uh, but we can, uh, we can be in and outta your hair, uh, short amount of times during the week. Uh, we’re not gonna be there all day. And that’s a, that’s a blessing on your part, uh, because we can do it while you’re at work and, you know, you’re not at home. You have to deal with our noises and, and, and us in your way or anything like that. Uh, we will, however, uh, be, uh, looking sharp for you. We got our uniforms. We’ve got our nice trucks. Uh, we want you guys to know when we’re there, we want you guys to be able to see us.
Uh, so, you know, having a nice, bright uniform, uh, a clean looking truck that you guys know, oh, hey, that’s my lawn guy, uh, kicking grass. He’s doing great. Uh, we really like that. And the person who speculated on what might work, uh, ’cause at the end of the day, they may actually disagree with what works and what doesn’t work. And, um, then when they go and implement what they believe to work, ’cause they had a nice discussions on, they figure out, oh, the one I discarded earlier was actually the right path. So, uh, action wins. Uh, at the end of the day, getting out and doing something, you figure out if it works or if it doesn’t. If it works, keep going and we work.
