Uh, so it’s, it’s not like we’re not gonna do a job. We understand how it is. It’s a customer service based job. Uh, you know, and we, we’ve come to realize that everyone has an expectation of certain things and, and we, we, we try to go above and beyond and get those services done. Okay? Enjoy and not worry. That’s us. We don’t want you guys to be sitting there all, uh, upset and bothered and wondering if we’re gonna show up or not. All of our customers, we’ve had well over since we’ve been, uh, uh, uh, a designated business, okay? And they don’t worry.
They know. We tell ’em, Hey, this is what’s going on. And, uh, if, if, if it gets to a, like, they, they literally don’t reach out to us other than saying, Hey, can we get this extra service? Uh, because we’re gonna over communicate with them. We’re gonna let them know, Hey, you know what? Something came up. We, unfortunately we’re not able to get to what we thought we could, but we’re the ones that we’re reaching out to you. We’re the ones telling you this is what’s going on and this is what we’re taking care of. Um, uh, ’cause you know, a lot of things are kind of quote unquote timed for the areas, okay? And when they are and you miss the opportunity of getting something done, doing things after a storm are never as good of an idea than they are before.

Bringing mud and water and all sorts of other garbage up to the top of the yard, uh, while we’re trying to blow and move all these leaves. You’re gonna have tons of little mongols muskrats and all sorts of other little critters that like to eat wood and stuff like that hiding right up next to your house. And they, they, they sense the warmth and that’s where they head, okay? They sense the warmth and they go towards it. They, they do not, uh, it’s not, it’s not like they’re like, oh hey, uh, for instance, we have this neighborhood cat and what is it like to do it?
Likes to go up in our, in our truck’s engines, alright? So every day we gotta come out and give it a little knocky knock to make sure that cat isn’t up by a belt or anything. Alright? Uh, worst thing we want to do is, is, is wake that cat up in a rude way. We wanna make sure everything’s safe and, and good to go. And we wanna make sure that your property is looking nice. I know you’re probably like, wow, you’re crazy, but hey, this is what it is. And we wanna make sure all of our clients understand the importance of preparation. Um, I’ve talked about before where opportunity meet, when opportunity meets preparation, they call it luck.
