Good morning, Tulsa Lawn care community. Kevin here with kicking grass and taking names. Lawn Care home of the $5 first. Mow, I hope you folks are doing okay out there today. We are enjoying some rather brisk weather here in Green Country. Uh, all these crazy storms, or I don’t know necessarily storm, but you know, a lot of snow is headed our way, they said. And, uh, as, as a pet peeve of mine or a, or a little, you know, rock pillar or whatever you wanna call it, I have, um, a I’ll see it when I believe it kind of deal when it comes to the weather. So we have done all this preparation just in case, uh, because what they say luck is, is when, uh, opportunity meets preparation. So we’ll find out if we get lucky today or not. Um, we’ve got, uh, hopefully enough salts.
Uh, we’ve never really, we embarked on this type of, uh, journey before where we kind of went out and really pressed the, uh, snow, snow removal part. So we’ve always kind of held back and, and, you know, if someone help asked, then we’d go out and help ’em and stuff. So, uh, we’re really gonna try to push the, uh, uh, the envelope, so to speak. Go and go out and offer some of these services and see what we can do. Um, it’s supposed to be a lot of snow coming. We really don’t know. But Tulsa Lawn Care community, uh, hopefully we will be prepared enough. Uh, obviously when those situations arise and they pop up and they show up and they, whatever you all of a sudden are like, oh, hey, um, what happened? Or Why didn’t I order enough? Or Why didn’t I get more things and stuff like that.
Uh, the other thing is just, just being, uh, you know, when, you know, so some of my clients I’ve reached out to, I reached out to a lot of ’em. Uh, as it gets closer, they’re getting more and more, uh, they’re, they’re starting to apply more and more, um, and stuff. And I know there’ll probably still be a handful of people that try to reach out while it’s going on, which I don’t know if we’ll be able to get to or not. Uh, just because, uh, of the situation and hopefully these pretreated ones will be easier for us to, to handle. ’cause we’ve done this before, uh, where we’ve just gone out and, and removed the snow. And next thing you know, you know, it’s, we’re out there for a while and it’s kind of hard just because, you know, we didn’t, we weren’t, didn’t have either, didn’t have the opportunity or just didn’t pretreat or whatever it was that we didn’t do.
Uh, still pretty new to the snow removal game and making sure we do all the right and correct procedures to get everything easiest for us. It is a big learning procedure, especially here in Oklahoma when we do not have this stuff often at all in any way, shape or form. So, Tulsa lawn care community, here comes the snow. Uh, hopefully you guys are ready. It shouldn’t last too long. Uh, you know, for, for being a southern state, I think we do pretty good at our snow removal. Um, you know, so as long as you got a couple days worth of food to get you, uh, through the, you know, the, the, the start of it or whatever, so to speak, I think you’ll be okay. Uh, to, ’cause once the roads get cleared off and all the ma major furrow flas and, you know, it’ll be business as usual.
So nothing big, nothing to worry about. Nothing too hard, uh, on the community. I think, uh, it’s just about being relaxed, calm and collective and, and just enjoying and knowing what, what’s coming. Um, you know, and just preparing, enjoying the, the chilies and the whatever else you guys can do in your households and, and have, have fun. Uh, and by preparing, it’s calling kicking congrats of taking James Lawn Care home with the $5 first. Mow, uh, getting on our route. Uh, also if you’re a annual customer, you have priority, uh, service, meaning, um, if we can’t get to certain people, it will not be you. We will definitely be at your, uh, driveway, getting it cleared, getting it, uh, fixed off and stuff like that. Uh, since you, uh, invested in us, we will definitely invest right back into you guys. Um, we don’t want to leave those clients hanging in any way, shape or form.
And, uh, we will over communicate if necessary with those clients just so they are confident in us showing up and that we’ll be there for them. Uh, not saying the other clients aren’t worthy, it’s just these clients have decided to have an annual agreement with us where we will take care of their lawn and charge them one flat rate, uh, throughout the year. And they enjoy a lot of benefits from that. Uh, the biggest benefit being they have no headache and no worry when it comes to, uh, their outside being taken care of. Uh, being in Oklahoma, we actually provide, uh, one, uh, with, with, with the, uh, annual agreement. We, we, uh, we provide one free snow removal. Um, so I mean, it’s just in there. Um, that way if we get it, it’s there for you. Um, if you get any other ones than that, which is maybe another one or two, uh, you know, that’ll be paid outside the agreement.
Uh, but you’ll still be, uh, priority, uh, and stuff like that. But hey, having that and not knowing have to, if you have to use it or not, and then even knowing you don’t even have to worry about paying for it. I mean, that’s, that’s one heck of a deal. A lot of, uh, bigger companies will have contracts and have it worked in there and it just hikes the price up and you pay, you pay the retainer whether they show up to do it or not. So, Tulsa Lawn Care community, uh, we try to offer you, uh, an agreement, okay? And it’s a month to month agreement. Um, and it’s, it’s up to you guys, uh, which level you want. Each, each, uh, house has a custom built price for them. ’cause every house is different and everyone wants things done differently and, and all that good fun stuff. So we hope you guys are ready for the weather and hope you guys are nice and bubbled in, got all
The cracks and, and seals, uh, healed up in the home and are covering everything that you need covered. Uh, ’cause that’s what you need to worry about kicking grass and taking into lawn care worries about the outside. And that’s what we want you to hire us to do. Okay? Uh, we gotta cover all the valves, uh, make sure all the hoses are disconnected. Uh, make sure we have all the drain pipes cleared. Ready to roll. Let everything rinse out. It’s going to be a good year, great year. And you guys will thoroughly enjoy, uh, our services. Why? ’cause it’s a set it and forget it. You guys won’t have to worry about it. You guys won’t have to wonder about any of your outdoor stuff getting done. ’cause you know, we’re there, uh, we’ve, we’ve, our average client is now going on six years. Um, they have thoroughly enjoyed the services that we provide.
Uh, and guess what? We are 6-year-old company. So that’s why I point that out. I guess, that you, you need that bit of information for it to be relevant, uh, or about a 6-year-old company. And our average client is six years, uh, if not longer. Uh, because you know, you know how long care is you start it before you actually a company. And so we have clients from before we were established. Uh, but anyway, so there we are, uh, Tulsa Lawn Care community. We are out and about prepping for the weather. We are wanting to make sure you guys are taken care of. Uh, you’ll receive notifications from us letting you know that we’re headed your way. Um, you’ll receive, uh, notifications on the day of, of, of removal service, and then that’ll be the day of charge. So it’s, it’s really a great and fruitful endeavor for you guys.
Um, nothing to worry about, nothing. I mean, nothing, nothing to lose on your side at all. Uh, we’re already gonna be taking care of your neighbors and we wanna make sure you guys are well taken care of as well. So, Tulsa Lawn Care community. Um, allow us to prep it as we know best and, uh, understand that the outcome will be a nice and, uh, possibly safe traveling around your, your property. Okay? Uh, we’re gonna throw salt down. We’re gonna, uh, clear pathways and things like that to the front door. Um, sidewalks are not, uh, a big, a big due, uh, ’cause most people, they just don’t really use ’em as it is. Uh, but heading to the, the front door and the driveways, those are the big ones.
Uh, right around the mailbox is where we’re gonna take care of as well. Uh, we know people will still want to get their mail. ’cause the good old US Postal Service runs, no matter rain nor sleet, nor hail, nor dead of nights do they run. And that’s, that’s the U-P-S-U-S-P-S, whatever it’s called, uh, motto. So, uh, that’s their motto, kind of like the, uh, long hair guys. We, we run in all kinds of weather, uh, rain, snow, sun. We’re out there earning that buck. All right? Uh, we’re here to help, uh, let us know if we can take care of it for you. Let us know if we can help, uh, make that driveway safe. Uh, some of those driveways have a pretty good incline on them, uh, that you don’t realize until all of a sudden it is slick, okay? And while ICE can’t, uh, prevent everything, it is a good tool to help fight against, uh, you know, slippery driveways and, and snow build up and things like that.
Uh, the last thing you want to do is get stuck at the bottom of your own driveway. Not able to get up it, uh, ’cause of, uh, you got groceries or whatever else. ’cause it’s, it’s gonna be cold for a few days. Uh, it’s gonna be one of those thaw, freeze, thaw, freeze, haw freeze over the next week or so. Uh, so, you know, you’re definitely gonna wanna be out there and get the salt and get your, your property taken care of and all that. Um, again, so if you’re not a person that likes to do your mowing, I’m sure you’re not gonna wanna do that. So let us take care of it for you.
