Good morning, Tulsa Lawn Care community. Kevin here with Kicking Grass and taking names. Lawn Care Home. Oh, the $5 first. Mow folks, I hope we’re doing great out there. It is a beautiful December morning. We are having some of the best times that we can. Um, there’s a lot of good things going on in the community. A lot of changes are happening. We really, really are appreciative of everything you guys have done for us this year. We are, we have done some phenomenal numbers. We have done some amazing new works. Uh, we’ve got amazing new clients. Uh, we’re really learning a lot and getting a lot of self-confidence as a business, uh, this season. And that is, that is all thanks to you guys. Okay. That is everything you guys have going on for us out there. That is everything you guys have provided for us out there.

And a lot of it just has to do with the, the straight up experience of it being involved with you. Um, you guys teach us a lot. Every single time we interact with you. We have learned so many things about ourselves. Um, and then about you guys in general, um, how to really approach customers and regardless of what individually, when they’re conscientiously thinking about how they want to be handled and things like that, customers, how they truly are and um, how they truly do want to have be handled, um, whether they admit to it or not. Uh, there are certain ways that customers like to be addressed. Okay? Um, I hear customers, uh, say how they like different things and, and, and they have preferences on the way they’re approached. Um, but without thinking about it, without it being the upfront, um, conversation of what we’re thinking about, uh, the cu all the customers really like to be approached the same way, okay?

And what I mean by that is, at the end of the day, they like to be treated with respect. They like to be shown a fair price upfront for everything. And they don’t want to have little extra hidden, uh, costs added in at the end once it’s completed. So, Tulsa Lawn Care community, we have learned so much and we’re growing so fast, we, we can’t thank you guys enough. Uh, we really appreciate all the, uh, the help, all the guidance, all the different, um, scenarios you have brought to our attention. Um, we really do appreciate, uh, being your lawn care company. Uh, we really do appreciate the faith that you have in providing and that’s providing you a good quality and timely service. And yes, we understand you, you, you can turn around and hire 20 different people every day of the week to come and mow lawn.

And it’s not a hard concept. Uh, but the ongoing, um, how do you say, the ongoing trait that majority of them lack is a lack of communication. And that’s where we wanna pride ourselves here at kicking grass and taking names. Long care home of the $5 first Mow is when you’re our customer, we will, uh, almost over communicate, if you will, our intentions and our ability and our focus and stuff like that. Um, we will make sure you are aware of, of things that we’ve noticed to change on your property. Uh, ’cause we don’t know what you know, and we don’t know what you don’t know. So we wanna make sure that you guys are aware of what’s going on on your property. Uh, ’cause like I said, I’ve, I’ve got some customers that, I mean, they’re young and healthy, but they’re like, dude, I want nothing to do with my yard.

And that’s fine. That is, that’s absolutely fine. So, you know, I’m literally the only one that ever goes on into their yard and looks at things and does things. Um, and so, yeah, I tell ’em all sorts of stuff, you know, and, but that’s like one person that I know that for sure doesn’t like that. You know, everyone else, I have no clue. Uh, but, you know, uh, that was one customer and that was his, that was his take on it, you know? And I got some people that, that used to, uh, do everything in the yard. And now, you know, for whatever reasons they can’t, they’re just tired. They just, maybe they’re just lack of interest, whatever, you know. So I take, I take over for ’em, you know? And, um, you know, those people, by far, I, I probably never do as good enough job as they did.

Uh, because when you’re the homeowner, you can spend days in your yard to make it look immaculate. Uh, my goal is to make it look as close to possible as you used to within 30 to 45 minutes once a week. Okay? So having that in mind, I hope you guys kind of look at our, our work differently and see, hey, well that’s pretty good work. They do a really great job for their time that they can allot, and that’s gonna be anybody, okay? So Tulsa Lawn Care community. If, if you’re looking for companies that’ll spend as much time in your yard as you would, you’re, you’re gonna pay an exorbitant amount of money for that company, and most likely you’re not gonna see the value in that. Um, so then you’ll, you’ll, you won’t want to pay that. Alright? And so you need to understand there’s a balance, alright?

Our job is to come in and make the yards look great, wonderful and nice for a specified amount of time, okay? Having kept all that and knowing all that, um, when you come back and you look at these lawns knowing, okay, these guys can only be here about 30 to 45 minutes, maybe an hour, depending the size, you know, and, and how many other, uh, little variables that you guys are wanting and or needing or just wanting addressed in your property. ’cause we do have, um, packages where we do more than just mow for the customers, okay? Uh, we will come in and, you know, do trimming of bushes and mulch and all sorts of different things, you know, every other time that we’re out there to, to mow and do other stuff. So keep that in mind. And so that also is gonna be something that, you know, that we’re gonna do for you.

And, and it’s gonna be a great, great value. And it’s, and if you do the package deals, you get a discounted price, uh, because that’s more of like a locked in, um, for, you know, set it, forget it, you know, we take care of all your winter responsibilities. Uh, we got your sum, your fall, we got everything taken, taken care of there for you. And so you guys are just nice, neat, and tucked away. So Tulsa Lawn Care community, hopefully you guys are enjoying, uh, your yards from our hard work. And that’s our goal. Um, and, and then by that communication we give you, you walk out there finally the once or twice a year or whatever it is that you want, it really does not matter. It’s 100% your yard. And you’re not surprised by certain things that you see in your yard because we’ve communicated all year long of the different things that we’ve, we’ve come across, uh, whether they be, uh, some holes, whether they be some damage to a fence, whether it’s, uh, some rotted out areas, whatever it could be, okay?

We want you to know what’s going on in your yard and whether you notice it, whether you never notice it, whether you care, don’t care. Maybe you want it fixed, you have us fix it. We, you know, you ask for references. We got other people that specialize in different things that we work with all the time. I mean, that’s, that’s just what we do. The, our, our connections are your connections and we’re more than happy to share them with you. Uh, ’cause these are guys that, uh, know our work and they refer us out just as much as we refer them out. So, Tulsa Lawn Care community, we hope you guys are enjoying your beautiful lawns. Uh, they, you know, they, you sit there and talk about return on investments and the biggest return you can get from the simplest act is maintaining the lawn. Okay? ’cause it’s your curb appeal. It’s your first impression. It’s your everything. When you, uh, are trying to, uh, show your house off, whether it’s for sale, whether it’s for appraisal, whatever, it’s, you want to do it, it is also going to help you when you come home, if your house is overgrown and weeds are everywhere and all this stuff, you’re gonna feel overwhelmed.

The moment you’re pulled up to your house and then you get indoors and it just goes downhill from there. But you come home, it’s squared away. It’s mowed, it’s edged, it’s sharp, it’s clean.
