Um, best time of the year to get us and nab us is at the beginning, uh, come August and you guys have done your job of making sure you hired that high school kid or that college kid.

And next thing you know, they’re gone the first week of August and you still have two months of mowing left. Sorry about your luck. Uh, you will find people that will be able to come and mow for you. Um, you’ll have to go down a large long list. Uh, by that time, most of your corporations, uh, most of your major companies actually come out and handle and do like one. You know, like do everything for you are all booked and moving on to the next cycle of, uh, of the year. They’re not even worried about trying to maintain mowing clients anymore. Um, so yeah, uh, you know, you, you’ve done real good and you, you spent all that time going through a bunch of people beginning of year, finally found little Bobby down the road, was able to come and mow your yard for like $5 a mo and you’re just like, I did so well.

And now you’re in a pinch and you’re paying like, I don’t know, five times as much as you would normally pay a guy. Um, and you had to go through all the hassle calling people again and reaching out and, and you know, oh, can you, and then they don’t show up. And then you have to call another guy and then guy charges you more ’cause it’s overgrown. You know, all these crazy things, but you’re like, Hey, well, I just, I just started calling and I found a guy. He did it really cheap. Yeah. Get what you paid for. And then, uh, when you do finally get ahold of the guy that actually does show up, he’s like, yeah, it’s gonna be $75 a month. And you’re like, that’s absurd. The guy did it for this much. You can do it for that. No. No, we can’t because why?

Because you guys are the ones that decided to wait till the end of the season to find somebody to come take care of your lawn. Uh, you guys are the ones that wait, that thought you did? Hey, I did so good. ’cause I got a little Bobby out here doing it for five bucks. I’m saving me money. I’m sure you think you are. It all comes out to the in the wash. Always does, always will. You’ll never ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever save money. The only thing you’ll ever do is save your time. That’s the only thing that you can possibly do. And what I mean by that is, when you say, when I say save your time, Tulsa lawn care community is call that guy, book him. First guy you call, get him out there beginning of the season, you’re done. Have to worry about it. You got a decent price, he’s gonna show up every time. And that’s us. Kick your to take things. Long care. You call us beginning of the season, you get us lined up, hooked up. Understand the fact that you’re cheap and that’s what you pay for. Understand the fact that, you know, hey, sometimes you, you know, your grass is gonna take off growing and it’s just gonna be like super long one day, and you just have to deal with it. And we’re going mo like our normal mo that you pay for, and it’s not gonna come out the best.

But man, if you a weekly customer, oh my goodness, you are gonna be so happy. You’ll be like, oh my gosh, I haven’t thought about my lawn in like 15 years. You guys are wonderful. Yes, I’ve had clients that long, actually, I’ve had clients for over 20 years. Lots of clients for over 20 years who have gladly upgraded their pay with me. Two. Don’t sit here and, and be like, well, you know how it did. Ha ha ha ha ha. Okay, well, one kind of August, you know how it’s sorry about your luck. I really am. Uh, but you know, hey, live and learn. You, you wanna spend all that time chasing down lawn people and, and doing all this stuff. Hey, by all means Tulsa lawn care community, get after it. Spend those spend hours on the phone and trying to meet and wait and look out the window. He’s gonna show up today and all that. That’s awesome. That’s great. You’re gonna save tons of, uh, money. Yeah, yeah.

You’ll never save that money no matter what. Okay? Sooner or later you’re gonna get frustrated enough and you’re gonna go out there and you’re gonna pay the guy whatever he wants. So he’ll take care of it. And when you add it all up, you’re gonna realize, oh crap. If I had paid that guy originally, the 40 bucks he wanted, or 45 or 50, whatever it is, I would’ve paid the same amount and I wouldn’t be sitting here stressing, okay? So then you got this guy that’s charging like $80 a cut for your dinky lawn. ’cause he doesn’t want, he’s, he’s irritated by you for calling him out like that. All right? And you’re paying it all right? Obviously, he’s not gonna come back next season ’cause he doesn’t wanna deal with you. He could care less that you pay him $80, all right? By the end, by by come August most of your real professional landscaper, mowers and all that good stuff, they don’t care what the heck you pay them at all.

If you a crappy person, they don’t want to come back. End of story. Okay? So they’ll finish out that year. Take that money from you and never talk to you again. I understand that. Believe that Tulsa lawn care community, we don’t want nothing to do with you. Why? Because you’re just, you’re just a piece of crap person at the end of the day. All right? Uh, the way you, you look, talk, everything can, you can tell, you have to scent for the, the people that come out and do this. That’s fine. We have to scent for you too. But he doesn’t come back. Trust me. Been there, done that. No one, no one, one thing is for certain mowing lawns, you, you discover real quick what your value is. Mowing lawns. You discover that you all of a sudden have pride in how much you believe you are worth. Tulsa lawn care community, let me tell you this right now, there is one thing and one thing only that will straighten you up faster than a snot running down in kids’ face in the middle of December. And that is August heat pushing a mower, realizing you’ve been out there for an hour, getting weed whacked with all sorts of crap, smearing poop all over your face from the people. Stupid dog walking in it, smacking yourself with rocks, dying of heat, running outta gas, having to fix this, having to fix that. Realizing you’re cutting that lawn for like 20 bucks and you’re like, you know what, this ain’t worth it and it’s not. And you’d be like, I’m worth more than that. And you’re gonna walk off. And they’re like, well, that person does it. No, no, no. That person came to the realization. They know what their value is. You’re the one who doesn’t know what value is. You’re the one who doesn’t realize that time is the actual only commodity that you need

To actually try to save. But no, you’d rather spend time sitting there calling people, Hey Felipe, you wanna come on, move my lawn. You know, Hey, I’ll wait here. Oh, oh, you didn’t show up, uh uh, uh, Miguel or John or Bob? Yeah, yeah. Go down that list of like 700,000 people. Start making your phone calls, start waiting for people to show up, not show up. All that above. That’s right folks. We need to have you to understand that there are so many different things and ways out there to save. The only real thing to save at the end of the day is time. Nothing more. I can’t emphasize that you enough. Alright? Now, I, if you don’t like mowing lawn, stuff like that, man, we’ve got you. We, we will save your time. We’ll save your time. We’ll save you money. Like I said, again, you will never think about, the only time you think about it is when I text you, Hey, reminder, we’ll be by tomorrow.

And that text you again, Hey man, we’re headed your way. And that text, you can, Hey bud, we’re done. Please, please expect a charge in your card on file. That is it. You never have to respond. I’ve got, I’ve had customer for 10 years. The only time they ever talked to me was like, Hey, will you come my lawn? I said, yes, address. They sent it to me. I said, all right, we’ll be there on this day. They talked to me like less than five times. That’s it. Why are they’re happy? They don’t have to think about the loan. They’ve know it’s coming to be mowed on this day. They gotta pay. They’re done. Okay? They asked for service, told me where they’re at, gave me their card info. That is it. Three times they talked to me and they’ve been my clients for like, years.

Years. Never. Not a, not a not, not a, like, not even worried about it. Don’t, don’t care. No thank yous. No. Hey man, you guys missed the spot. No. Hey, can you do this more? Can you do that less? Can you, blah. Hey, no. Hey, the lawns, look, nothing. Nothing. They’re happy. This is that how we wanna make you, okay? I don’t ever want you to make you feel like you need to respond to us. Call us, talk to us, text us anything. You got something to request. That’s one thing. By all means feel free, but do not feel the need. Alright? I got some people won’t wanna respond or they lock, like hit the like buttons or whatever they do. That’s fine. That’s wonderful. It does not matter, okay? But when you serve over a hundred plus clients a week and you get maybe one or two people that are like, Hey, you know what I think you need?

Oh man, blah blah. I know it’s not me. I know it’s you. You want your, your lawn done a certain way. You’re the person that needs to get out there and doing a something in the discussion on that. Okay? Why? Because statistics are my favorite. If I’m doing a hundred plus lawn a week and I only got less than five people talking and texting, critic, uh, critique and things like that, cool. That’s on you. You know? And I know in your world you’re like, well, I’m your only client. You have, you have a $50,000 set up just to mow my lawn. Yes sir, we too. Yes ma’am, we too. You’re

Right. By no means am I able to afford this by mowing anybody else’s lawn. You know, you’re, you’re right. Just, you, you alone. I went into massive debt. Oh yeah. Oh wait, no I didn’t going into debt, I forgot. Uh, this is such a lucrative, uh, lucrative little, uh, shindig that we got going on here. Most, most, uh, lawn care companies, especially your owner operators, do not carry your, uh, carry debt maybe the first couple years, but man, once, once they get that cash flow going, dude, it’s, you’re talking to a company always in the black most of the time. Alright? Why? ’cause they can, they can go out there with with less and do more. Uh, so yeah, yeah, by all means, trust me. That’s the reason why they drop you like a heartbeat. ’cause they know they’ll pick up 10 more lawns, uh, once they get rid of you.
