Good morning, Tulsa Lawn care community. Kevin here with kicking grass and taking names. Lawn Care home to $5 first. Mow uh, hey folks, how we doing out there today? I hope you’re doing fine. Uh, I know financially things are changing nowadays. Uh, a few years back when we first started, government was just dishing out money to folks left and right. It didn’t really matter what people charged and all that stuff. Uh, and people were paying some, uh, some pretty good prices and even some more exorbitant prices. Uh, folks just wanna let you know that now that the government’s quit, uh, sponsoring you and giving you money to, to spend and, and do things, uh, that doesn’t mean that what we do as lawn care and landscape, uh, people is any less worth, um, value is in the eye of the beholder. And at the end of the day, uh, the reason why some people don’t get phone calls return, and the reason why some people don’t get places showing up, it’s, it’s literally because well, after people do jobs for a while, there are indicators that explain to the person who’s getting ready to go and bid a job that whether or not this person is really somebody that’s going to bite.
And more specifically what I’m meaning is, um, there, you know, you just, it’s hard to explain you. It’s, it’s just a wisdom that you get with experience in a field with a type of person, a type of part of town, a type of, uh, an area, you know, just, just a general feeling that you get. And don’t get me wrong, there are some people who, who are in, uh, other positions that understand, oh, sweet, time is money. That sounds like a great price. We’re moving on. And the reason why I say that is I know for a fact at kicking Grass, at taking names long hair, that we are not the most expensive, uh, company out there. Uh, we’re not the cheapest, but we’re not the most expensive. Uh, I believe for the most part, we are smack ded right in the middle. Um, so you’ll get a decent price done at a decent, uh, timeframe, okay? Uh, it won’t be a great price done in a long timeframe, and it won’t be a super high price done in a quick timeframe.
So it’s medium across the board, and it’s majority of what I feel our customers will buy into. Uh, you know, as they say, not every company, not every company is for every customer, and not every customer is for every company. Uh, which is why there is a large, large amount of landscapers and pretty much anything in any company out there. So, Tulsa Lawn Care community. Long story short, what I’m getting at is if you want a decently priced lawn care company and you want the job done in a rather quick, but yet efficient, yet quality manner, kick your grass and take names, long carry is the one for you. Okay? Uh, we’ll, we will pay attention to what we’re doing. Uh, we’ll be in, we’ll be out, but not so fast that we forget to do the job. Okay? So folks, when you’re out there, when you’re looking, when you’re hoping to, to get someone to come and bid and, and do all these things, you’ve got to understand, okay, your side of it. We’re not out here begging for scraps. We’re out here going after the bigger clients because we know that they understand time is money. So if you’re not getting responded to, if you’re not getting your phone answered, if you’re not getting, um, people to show up, if you’re not getting any of that,
Think about the common denominator. You can say, oh, it’s the industry. It’s those type of people, but you are the common denominator. You are the one that’s the one that’s not getting responded to across the board. Doesn’t matter if you’re calling for a landscaper, ac repair guy, it doesn’t matter what it is, you’re the one not being responded to, okay? So if you want to change that, then you as a customer need to have that insight and change, uh, so you can attract the type of co, uh, company that you want to service you, okay? And a lot of these companies out here, especially when it comes to landscaping, are owner operators. They are one to two to maybe three man operations, okay? You’re looking at a business that they think highly of themselves, whether they should or not. The Tulsa long care company. Let me, let me tell you that many people in the long hair industry think they do the best work. And I’m sure for the most part, they all do great. It’s, it’s not a hard, uh, task or job to, to do, so to speak. It’s just time consuming. And is it worth your money?
Is it worth your time? Okay? So a lot of us will go to your place, check it out. You have a lot of trinkets in your backyard to, to have to mess with or do things around or whatever. You’re not gonna want to deal with all that. You’re gonna say, no, thank you, and move on. Okay?
And then after a while, you’ll learn the area, you’ll learn the, the, the type of people that are there and stuff. Oh, you can’t do that no matter who you are in this world. That’s what you do do. If you’re interacting with the public, you develop a knowledge of how a certain place acts. Okay? Um, it it, it’s just as like, when, when they, uh, when they’re taking marketing, oh, this place, uh, why do you think Sprouts is in the area that Sprouts is in? Or why do you think, uh, Walmart’s in there that Walmart’s in or, or quake trips are there that quake trips are in? Because they do surveys. They have a certain type of customer that they look for and, and they figure out where the majority of those customers are, and they built there, okay? These guys sit here and, and, and probably think, oh my God, this guy’s horrible, blah, blah.
No, big, big giant corporations do it all the time. It’s why they pick the locations that they pick every single one of ’em. McDonald’s is the most notorious one of all. Why? Because if you ever look into that company, you’ll learn if you have a, uh, if you decide to open up your mind about it, you’ll learn that the company is not a restaurant fast food chain. It is a real estate company. It is about location, location, location. When it comes to that, uh, that brand, they, they, I mean, whoever thinks McDonald’s is a gourmet meal is, well, they’re unique. Okay? Now, is McDonald’s horrible? No. Is it absolutely great? The best food out there? No, but it’s good enough for the price that it is. And you know what it is? Wherever you go, uh, in the United States, and you know what you’re getting and you know what to expect, so it’s good enough.
And you also know that every couple miles there’s going to be a McDonald’s. It’s also long care community. So understand that, uh, we’re gonna provide you a, a service at a price that’s gonna be, uh, for the most part, good enough, okay? We’re gonna provide you a service that’s good enough for our price. That’s good enough. Again, won’t be the cheapest, won’t be the most expensive, alright? But price wise, I know we sit in the middle, we’re there for you. We’re gonna be looking good, we’re gonna make you look good. We’re gonna show up, we’re gonna communicate, we’re gonna be there for you guys as our customer, okay? And, uh, we’re gonna show you how it’s done. Too many people out here, uh, think that, oh, you guys here, I got a little couple bucks. I’ll give it to you. If you do this, you gotta realize though, you know, oh, you can just go to Walmart and, and, and all these, uh, other places to get these equipment and it and spend this much money.
No, no, no, no. That’s, that’s homeowner equipment, okay? Even the commercial equipment can’t last and hang out with, uh, some of the jobs that we do. But that, uh, homeowner equipment, oh, forget it. You, you’ll be lucky to make it through two or three jobs, uh, with some of that equipment. And you gotta understand that some of this other equipment is extremely expensive. Alright? So there’s that cost. There’s insurance. When something happens while we’re at your house, you know, human, human is human, okay? Uh, mistakes happen, things go wrong. Uh, you know it’s gonna happen. So, Tulsa Lawn Care community, get your act together, have your head up. Know that we’re gonna give you something that you’re gonna be happy with, that you’re gonna be good, feeling good about, and really get to look like you want a, a better looking yard. Uh, don’t sit there and not want a good looking yard.
’cause you don’t want to pay for it. It’s one of those things that if you maintain and keep up with overtime, it’s gonna, it’s gonna balance out in price number one. And then Tulsa Lawn care community, it’s going to be a, a reward in the long run. ’cause it’s, it’s so much nicer coming to a home that is clean, easy to walk into, easy to maintain, uh, easy to look at, have lit up, okay? These are so many qualities that so many people look for in their homes. So King Grass to taking names, long hair, wants to be your company that is going to come in and make you guys look great. Wonderful, uh, happy, satisfied, all the above. Uh, because we’re gonna do the, the job at a good price, quick and efficient for you won’t be there all day. We’ll make sure we get everything done that we can get done for you.

People are gonna look at your lawn and be like, man, how, how do they have the time for all that simple? Uh, they understand time is money.
