Folks just wanna reach out to you to this beautiful crisp December morning and tell you how we’re doing out here. We are doing, uh, we’re doing doing a great, we have a great year. We’ve had a great year. We’re, we’re having a great end of the year. We are enjoying our beautiful weather. We actually finally have a cold day, uh, which is fine. Uh, the leaves have fallen extremely light this year. Um, Tulsa Lawn Care community, we have seen great growth in our business and in ourselves as business owners, uh, in ourself as a company. Um, we are ironing out our imperfections and, and getting better and getting leaner and getting, uh, stronger for you guys. Um, we really do enjoy what we do.
We, we love, uh, lawn maintenance. It’s, it’s a, it’s an honest and fulfilling, um, job. You know, it’s, uh, it’s good work. It’s, it’s, it can be extremely simple and easy, and it can be hard. And, and you have to push through, uh, understand that we are doing our best for you. Our intentions are always and have been to provide you with a quality service, uh, that you can brag about to your friends and or family. Uh, we never, ever want to, uh, ruin anything for anybody and always give it an opportunity. We’re gonna try to fix that for our customers. Uh, we want you guys to understand that from the get go. Um, if you’re truly, uh, customers that want a, a company that will provide great service and do their hardest to provide that service for you every single time, then you’re gonna understand things will happen.
You’re gonna understand that, uh, machines will break, weather will happen. Um, someone will make a mistake somewhere somehow. However, again, uh, as most of our loyal customers know if and when that does happen, uh, we do our best to, uh, fix it as soon as possible and to the best, uh, possible way to accommodate, uh, your wants. Uh, so please understand that we will never, uh, go and be malice on, on your property. Um, we want to be one of those best companies out there in the Tulsa area to have people get serviced by us. Uh, Kea Grass is taking names long here, home of the $5 first mow, we really want our Tulsa Lawn care community to, to know what it’s like to be serviced by one of green countries. Top companies should be mowing lawns of those companies mowing lawns. Uh, communication is what I believe sets us apart.
It’s, you throw a hat, you’re gonna down a street here in, uh, our town, and you’re gonna hit about 10 guys mowing lawns. So it’s a very competitive market in that sense. Uh, the one thing I feel that separates us from literally every single one, because this is the number one thing that, uh, I get from all my customers, is we communicate more. We over communicate. Uh, we will remind you the day before. We will remind you when we’re headed your way, and we will tell you when we are completed with your, uh, service. Okay? Uh, we won’t keep you waiting. Um, if you have a time frame that you need, uh, I can try to accommodate that. Uh, the reason why I say try is ’cause if everyone has a timeframe that need that, that needs to be met, I more than likely wouldn’t be able to do that.
But as long as it’s just one or two people that have a timeframe that need to be met, we can usually accommodate, uh, adjust or do whatever we need to do to make sure we’re there by those, uh, timeframes. So, Tulsa Lawn Care community, do not be afraid. Reach out to us. Let us know what you need. Um, we provide a wide range of services, and if it’s not something that we can do, we, uh, we do have an outsource, uh, group that we, uh, chat with, talk with, uh, said leads to let them know, Hey, one of my clients is looking for this. Can you help out? That type of thing. So we want you guys to know that you will be serviced by one of the best companies in the area, whether that’s for Boeing Landscaping, leaf removals, snow removal, Christmas lights, and a wide variety of other, uh, miscellaneous yard maintenance things.
Uh, understand that we want to try to be your complete and whole package. Uh, we are offering, uh, weed control and fertilization on a small scale, and meaning, uh, we don’t have the capabilities to do a massive acre, half acre, uh, bigger than that property. So if you’re on the smaller scale, uh, we most definitely accommodate you, uh, with backpack sprays and other wonderful yard maintenance techniques that we have out here for you. So, Tulsa Lawn Care community, we want to be your call for the season. Um, as I was saying, you guys have been great to us this year. Uh, our, again, we’ve increased, uh, in our overall sales, which is wonderful. Um, I
Think, uh, simply because we did not have to buy a lot of massive equipment this year. We had a little bit better, um, margin. So we had a good year on us, uh, just simply because we increased our productivity. We also did a lot of other things to make us better than, uh, what we were doing before. And we were offering a little bit more services, adding to our lists, uh, and getting more efficient with our routes. So, uh, having to spend less on brand new equipment, on gas, on maintenance, uh, things like that from trucks, uh, has really helped as far as the margin this year. So that’s wonderful and great, and we appreciate all of that confidence and helped you guys. You have done a wonderful job, uh, at helping us out, uh, either referring us to your neighbors and friends, uh, just Googling us, checking us out, giving us the opportunity to, to service you guys.
So Tulsa Lawn Care community, uh, let’s do this. Let’s get out there. Let’s be the ones to show everyone how it’s done and make them kick in curb jealous. Uh, that’s right. We want your neighbors walk out, look at your lawn, kick their curb, and go, man, that was a good looking lawn. Why can’t mine look that way? Uh, and they can, uh, it’s a simple win-win situation. All you do is refer them, uh, to us. Uh, they get a $5 first bow and, uh, we sign ’em up and then you get a $5 referral. Mow, uh, huge win-win, doesn’t matter the size of your property. Um, so we want to make sure that everyone understands that we do have a referral program that we are very grateful for you guys. Uh, we understand where our, uh, bread and butter is at. That is, uh, our clients and our clients’, uh, referral system, uh, meaning all those friends and families that you guys have out there.
Uh, so again, another banner year for King Grass to taking inch long care home of the $5 first mow, uh, really showing, uh, what business can do when we push ourselves to the grindstone and, and kind of help out, uh, where we need to help out and give ourselves that much needed, uh, better looking lawn care and all that. Uh, maintaining our equipment, uh, a little more this year. Stayed on top of that. Uh, make sure we provided a, uh, good clean cut, level cut for everyone, uh, best that we can do. And, and again, uh, we are all human. We want to make sure our Tulsa Lawn Care community, uh, understands that and knows that we are wanting to provide that service. Like no one’s business, uh, that great and wonderful and beautiful service provided by kicking grass and taking names. Lawn care home of the $5 verse, mow.
Uh, and if we remain consistent enough and we show up all the time, I mean, we want to become that, set it and forget it, and wow, love these guys. They’re wonderful. They’re there. Uh, that’s what we want to be for you. Uh, we don’t want to be a a forethought on you. We just want to be a nice reminder again. And when we, when we do reach out to you about, uh, arrivals and things like that, it’s never because we need to hear back from you. Uh, that’s only if and or if you guys need to, uh, communicate something, especially for that day of service. Okay? We know some people, uh, they’ve had to leave the dogs out. Maybe, uh, they’re getting something done to their yard or, or something like that. Things happen, which is perfectly fine. Um, as long as we haven’t dropped our gate and, and, uh, and are pulling the mowers off to go, go.
Um, there’s no, there’s no fees or nothing like that. Uh, we usually have our routes set up, you know, to where we can just 30 on either to another day or just the following week, or maybe a couple days after that, whichever, whichever suits you guys best, depending on the service you guys have had done, uh, to your yard. Uh, we are pretty flexible in that sense. Uh, we wanna try to remain that way. Keep you guys, uh, happy and well-maintained. Uh, the yard that we wanna do is, uh, your yard and we wanna make it look good and we wanna make you guys happy and we want to make, uh, Tulsa look great.
