Good morning, Tulsa Long care community. Kevin here with kicking grass and taking names. Long care home with a $5 first Mow. How you folks doing out there today in this beautiful, beautiful September day? Uh, we just finally got some rain, a little bit of, uh, wetness on the ground, which we desperately needed ’cause the ground was scorched. Uh, grass is growing though. That’s, that’s a very important thing that people need to understand. The grass is growing no matter what. That grass is growing and it, it’s just whether or not the grass is growing at an unappealing rate. And what that means is, is the grass growing significantly enough that you actually notice? No, it’s not. But once we come through and cut the grass, you’ll see the difference. Uh, now it’s gonna be like, oh my gosh, live changing. It looks so much better. No, but it is going to look clean and nice and trimmed and like you care about your property.
So Tulsa lawn care community, it is not time to put the mowers up. It is time to keep maintaining a good looking lawn. Uh, some people at, at soon as August the, not even the end of August hits, they’re like, oh, I’m done for the season. Thanks. Okay, well, your grass is still gonna grow for about two more months. Okay? And then you’re gonna call me at the end of, uh, I don’t know, September and be like, or October and be like, oh, hey, can I get one more? Mow? No. No. ’cause ’cause we’re not even mowing anymore at that point. We’re doing lead cleanups and, and Cris light installs and all that other fun stuff. What do you mean you can get a mow at that point? Where were you for the last two months? Oh, yeah, you were done. Well, if you’re done, you’re done.
Okay. And what I mean by that is, well, then you teach us a lesson and knowing, oh, you’re not our customer. Okay? And I don’t mean that in a bad way. It is just you’re looking for that guy who sometimes shows up when he wants to show up if he feels like showing up. We’re the guys that show up same day every week. Like we said, that’s us. That’s who we are. And our customers are the ones who want their yard mow same day every week. Like they asked, okay? Our customers are ones that are, oh, hey, cool. I’ve got you in place. Lawn mowings done. I’m not gonna think about it again until, uh, never. So that’s, that is our, uh, goal for you to have a lawn taken care of. Uh, only time you need to think about it is if, oh, hey, I have a special occasion. I’d like to, uh, switch something up. You know, that’s it. Other than that, set it and forget it. Operate on Saturdays if and when need be. Uh, Sundays for the most part, are a no-go.
Uh, we do try to stay away from that.

The day off or something. Uh, that way if, uh, something, uh,
Horrific does happen, they actually need to work. We do have that Sunday.
But I mean, that’s a, that’s a real gnarly push, okay? Uh, to the point of if you guys, uh, are customers and stuff

Um, the only way Sunday’s gonna actually be an option is if it’s like you have a major event that we were trying to cut for, and it, it’s needs to be done. Uh, other than that, it’s just gonna have to be pushed off till the next time we come by that week. So, uh, that’s the best thing about, uh, weekly service. Um, we come through and get you guys taken care of right quick every week, same day, same kicking grass time, same kicking grass channel, same kicking grass day. Maybe not the same time, but at least definitely the same day. You know when to expect us, how to expect us and why to expect us. Uh, ’cause you don’t want to think about your grass. ’cause that grass is growing and it’s growing nicely. Uh, we do like the way it looks. Uh, it’s cutting nicely. It’s, uh, definitely a very good looking, uh, cut right now. Uh, all the grasses are coming out great. Um, especially ones that are not overgrown. Uh, there are some that people have let overgrown a little bit, and they’re just, it’s rough. It, it is rough. It’s not an easy, uh, it’s not an easy look. So, uh, but we’re doing our best to make it, uh, you know, look nice, look suitable, and, uh, something that you guys will be happy with in the long run. Uh, we wanna make sure you guys know that we are taking care of these lawns, uh, all the way through. Uh, October, uh, September is the end of our weekly service. Uh, we begin biweekly service come October. Uh, we begin Christmas lights.
We begin, uh, leave cleanup, uh, all the good goodies in the fall, uh, start in October. So let us know how we can help this. Let us know how we can get this done for you. We really want to provide you with a, a good quality service that you’re going to be happy with in the long run. Um, do not be afraid to, uh, have us come out and do some landscaping, uh, for you time to refresh those beds, get some fresh, um, mulch or, or rock or something in there to make it look a little more lively. Uh, you know, so it’s not so compacted with the remnants of summer and, and going into fall and stuff like that. Give it a nice, good, fresh, healthy look. Uh, liven up the home like somebody lives there. Uh, don’t let it be all overgrown. Even in those brand new neighborhoods that are only five years old, uh, we have got so much overgrowth in those flower beds that they look part of the grass already, and it’s just, it’s just horrid.
Uh, and we just don’t want you guys to be left out there like that, uh, with, with nothing, uh, to take care of, uh, your properties and stuff like that. So, grass is growing. We’re mowing. Uh, that’s how you guys like it. Uh, we’re taking care of all that stuff. Don’t, don’t go ahead and be like, oh, time to put the, the shears away and not think about the grass anymore. Uh, grass is a a year long process. Uh, it does need to be taken care of in a timely manner, and there are certain things that need to be done when they need to be done. Um, right now is a good time to aerate and oversee. If you’re a fescue, uh, yard, uh, it is really the best time right now. Um, really help, uh, and get that yard good and healthy Tulsa lawn care community.
Uh, taking care of a yard is, uh, is good work. It’s fun work. And it’s rewarding work because having a nice yard is, is, is in itself its own reward. Uh, having a, getting a walk on it, look on it, how it handles the weather. Uh, it just pushes that water right off. There’s so many benefits, uh, to having a well manicured lawn and, and how it helps the, the, the foundation, the property. So many good things going on with your yard when you have it properly maintained and taken care of. And that starts with mowing treatments. Okay? And that starts with, you know, frequency and things like that. Not having clumping, not having, uh, huge spots all over the yard to take care of and kill and, and all that stuff from your property. Let us come out and, uh, now do those flower beds, do those Christmas lights and do those leaves. Uh, the leaves could be detrimental, like we’ve said before, to the yard. Uh, and even worst case scenario to the foundation, uh, years and years of leaves is being left up against the house, not cleaned out, cleaned up or anything like that. We’ll, uh, definitely bring on, uh, some soil, uh, being soft, uh, starting to move the, the, the cement around and cracking and, and different things like that. So, Tulsa lawn care community. Uh, now’s the time to act to get us scheduled for those cleanups. Okay? Uh, leaves abound. Uh, there will be lots of them coming at you here shortly. Might as well go ahead and get us planned out. Uh, in fact, the, the more often, more frequent we can come out, the faster and easy it’ll be for, for you and cheaper.
Okay? We are hourly. Um, it’s just how it is. Some people do, um, a flat rate. Um, but, you know, it just depends really what you want. Um, are you wanting a good, uh, a quick service just to get the majority of it gone? Yeah. Go with your flat rate? Are you wanting quality and, uh, it all taken care of? You’re gonna, you’re gonna need to have to pay hourly. ’cause I mean, it’s gonna take time. Uh, taking care of leaves is not a, not a easy and, and fast gig, uh, even with the right equipment, okay? You’ll definitely need to look into the companies that have the right equipment that will make it fast and efficient. Uh, regardless of the amount of leaves, uh, there are a lot of people that will come in and rake leaves and charge you hourly. And you’re just, that means that’s just, you’re just paying someone to be out there for eight hours a day and that’s just not gonna be any fun or, or do any good for you.
So cold kicking grass, taking names, lawn care home in the $5 first. Mow, we’re here for you. We’re here to, uh, make sure you guys are saddled up with the right crew to come out and take care of those leaves to make sure that lawn maintains and stays good and healthy. And, uh, we want to make sure we’re looking good and strong come winter time. Uh, we do not want to be left, uh, in the dark, in the blankies of leaves. Um, so yards are still growing. Let’s keep mowing. We want to keep that grass nice and short, um, keep it, uh, disease free and all the wonderful things that go with that. So in order to do that, help us maintain the yards, uh, with leaf removal and then later on with leaf mulching. Uh, the best of both worlds. You get the majority of the weight off your yard and then you mulch up what’s left and you get a little bit of free, uh, fertilizer come winter time and stuff like that.
