We gotta love leaves, right? Leaves are some of the best and wonderful things out there during time for Oklahoma. Uh, lawn care maintenance companies, uh, why are leaves so great? Why? Because they fall. They fall. They cause a nuisance. They cause issues. They cause something to be taken care of. And they’re very deceiving. All it really takes is an homeowner, um, one time to take care of their leaves for them to understand the importance, the reality, the truth, uh, behind, uh, companies coming out with equipment that they have and taking care of the, the leaves the way they do. Uh, some homeowners thinks it’s not a big deal and it just takes you a couple minutes.
Those are the ones who have never done leaves on their own. They’re the ones who have never, uh, gone in their yard, rake their leaves and put them in a bag. Uh, and what I mean by that is you sit there and you’re like, oh, it’s just a little bit of leaves. It’ll take you five minutes. So can you do it for like $5? Uh, no. No. Uh, ’cause within, uh, a few moments, that little pile of leaves turned into about three or four feet deep. Uh, and approximately for every what square foot of leaves, that’s, that’s half to three quarters of a bag, okay? So toast lawn care community, let the leaves deceive you. Jump in there and do them yourselves. Get ’em done. It’s not a big deal. Once you realize what you go through, how much work, how much time it’ll take you to do it the way you, you want to do it, or the way you think it needs to be done, or the should only take you five minute way.
You’ll understand why we come out with blowers. You’ll understand why we come out with, uh, debris, loaders and, and machines and, and all sorts of stuff, and remove it quickly that way. But there is a price for it, okay? You’ve gotta understand that there is a price for it. End of the day. No discussion about it. It needs to be paid for. Okay? Leaves, uh, our pain, leaves our tricky leaves, our finicky leaves. Our, our just a general nuisance when it comes to the regular maintenance of your house. They’re just leaves, man. What do you know? You’re right. What do I know? Foundation Repair, mold repair, pest repair. Uh, give the pests long enough time to burrow. And inside the house, now you have snakes, rats, all sorts of different critters crawling throughout your house. Yeah. What do I know? Absolutely nothing. Uh, so yeah, enjoy all that.
Uh, your ground says stays extra mushy cracks your foundation. I mean, it’s, is it gonna happen today? No. Maybe, I don’t know. But there is a chance at some point in time it will happen. Will it happen tomorrow? No. Well, maybe, I don’t know. It could. Why? Because you don’t care about your leaves. You don’t care about your lawn. You think it’s no big deal. You think nothing’s gonna happen. Okay? There’s a reason why the people who have nice big homes and have all their stuff taken care of have nice big homes. And there’s a reason why people who don’t have nice big homes, who have cracked foundations on tiny, ugly little homes whose paint’s chipping and and sidings falling off, don’t have nice homes because they don’t take care of ’em from the ground up. Okay? Having said all that, yeah. Oh, does it hurt your feelings?
If it hurts your feelings or you’re like, oh, this guy doesn’t know what he’s talking about, then guess what that is? 100% you, if you take offense or, or any sort of issue with what I’m saying, I am talking to 100%. You, you, you don’t respect your lawn. You don’t take care of it. You don’t see anything as a threat, as a nuisance. You’re the one with a house, okay? Absolute crapper of a house. Nothing, nothing good coming from your house except rots Tulsa lawn care community. Don’t be that guy. Don’t be that girl. Don’t be that family, okay? There are so many different ways to have your lawns taken care of. If you don’t wanna do it, that’s fine. Pay someone to do it. Take pride in where you live. Make it look good. Keep it looking good. ’cause no matter what, you’re gonna spend the money, whether you wanna admit to it or not.
Oh, I, I don’t have to do all that, blah, blah, blah. Sure. Great. Wonderful. No matter what, you’ll spend the money one way, shape, or form, okay? Whether you, you could hold off, not do absolutely anything, then it comes that type to sell your house. And instead of getting top dollar for it, you have to knock off, I don’t know, 80 grand, okay? And when you get to numbers like that, yeah, it gets, it gets pretty significant, okay? On how much you have to knock off because you didn’t take care of it. Same thing goes for if you do do improvements, it’s a significant increase.
And you’re sitting there thinking, well, if I live there this long and I didn’t have to pay this much, 80, yeah, no, I’m not joking. You Tulsa lawn care community, they will knock off huge amounts of money because you did not maintain your home. All right? And then at the end of the day, you’re gonna have to find somebody to clean it up anyway. And you’re gonna pay an exorbitant amount of money to do that. But the damage has already been done. You’ve already got holes, uh, into the concrete siding, wood, mold, all sorts of things. So you have to, some have somebody come and remove the leaves. Now you have to someone to have somebody come and remove the mold. Now you have to have somebody come and repair this, repair that, okay? No matter what you’re gonna pay, well, like, no, no matter what you’re gonna pay, even if you get all that stuff repaired, you’re not gonna get premium price for your house.
’cause you didn’t take care of it. Because if you’re not willing to take care of your yard at the minimum, you know, just simple things, the likelihood of you taking care of your house in general, farfetched. Farfetched, okay? They have everything taken care of. Okay? What they do not have is an ugly looking yard. Well, they can afford all that. Duh, dah, dah, dah duh. You can’t too, prices are based off the house, not off of your income. Okay? You have a huge, huge house, you’ll have a huge bill.
How it works, the small of the house, the small of the bill, it’s, it’s quite simple. Okay? They’re not getting the same price of, of services that you are. Okay? ’cause people that have those size homes also have more, more, um, flower beds that need to be maintained. More bushes, okay? Sure. Maybe the lot, the lot may be bigger. The house may be bigger. So as far as actual mowing size might be the same. But then they have more edging and they have, they just have more, uh, you know, intricate needs than what meets the eye. So Tulsa lawn care community do not fret size of the lot, does not matter. We will take it on and make you look good. Just because you have a small lot doesn’t mean you can’t have a good looking home. Alright? Take on what you want, take care of what you want, and then you’ll be set golden and ready to go all four winter months, spring months, summer months, fall months. It doesn’t matter.
Be the ones who can take care of everything. Know your, know your worth, know your value. Know what you like, know what you want. Don’t worry about, um, what the Joneses down the street are doing, okay? Just make sure you take care of your property the way you feel it needs to be taken care of. Alright? At the very simple lease, you’re talking about mowing, edging, weedy, uh, leaf removal. Crucial. Okay? Um, and just remember in everything that you do in live, you pay for what you get. Okay? So you have, uh, you want a free service, okay? Don’t expect it to be good. Don’t expect it to be, to, to be quick. You’ll have to give up. You, you know, nothing’s ever free in life, even if it’s voluntary, uh, work. Okay? You, you, something, somehow, somewhere is gonna pay for it. And you, you need to know that, okay?
So if you’re a leader of something or whatever, you should never get free service just end of the day. Sorry, you shouldn’t. And what I mean by that is you should be the one out there providing the financial contribution. Okay? Uh, it, it, it, it’s almost like going to a friend who offers a service and, and asking them for it to be free. If you’re really their friend, you’ll pay full price and then tip them at least 50%. Okay? Why? ’cause they’re your friend. They’re somebody you supposedly care about and want to grow and succeed. So you want to make sure that they, that you believe in their worth and you’re not gonna ask them to, to delude their value by asking for a discount. Okay? Not many people succeed out there. And large portions is because their immediate circle around them, don’t financially support them. It’s amazing how many people will run and buy the new celebrity endorsed product that’s made overseas, that’s cheap that you spend a lot of money for, and then won’t ever look at again.
Okay? And celebrity gets a cut and doesn’t even know who you are. Why not go and support that local person? Who’s your neighbor, who’s your friend, who’s your whatever that has helped you for so long that has been there and you’ve seen them struggle? Why not support them? You’re gonna go blow your money on a, on a lousy, uh, dinner with poor service. You’re gonna go blow your money on a, on, on tons of things that in the end you won’t be happy with. So why not do the same with, with a friend and their neighbor, okay? Help them succeed in their business. Leaves are coming, leaves are falling. Let’s get them cleaned up for you. Let’s make your lawn look great. Let’s keep it clean and let’s keep it healthy. Hold
