<silence> Good morning, Tulsa Lawn Care community. Kevin here with kicking grass and taking names. Long care home of the $5 first Mow folks, how we doing today? I hope we’re doing wonderful. It’s a beautiful Saturday morning. We are headed out into wild blue lawn blue yonder of this beautiful, uh, area that we live in and are ready to roll and make everything look great, handsome and beautiful, all the above. Um, so guys, weekly mowing, let’s talk about it. It’s our priority. It’s what we want. It’s probably the best thing we can do for our lawn. Um, because the other reality of it is most mowing should be done approximately every four days. Uh, financially speaking, that’s kind of absurd per se. Uh, meaning you can’t really afford to have somebody cut your lawn every four days. Uh, most prices for lawns are anywhere from like 30 to $50 for the minimum of a lawn.

So, uh, that’s a wide range ballpark, I understand. But I mean, it really depends on who you’re getting and how they operate and, and their funds and stuff. So, Tulsa, lawn Care, community, weekly, mowing, love it. Like it, learn it. Go with it. Uh, why is it the best? Why? Because if something happens on your day, um, then just come the next day or the next week at the same time and it’s only been two weeks and there’s not that much growth. It’s great. It’s wonderful. It, it keeps things simple for your guy. It’s, it’s you as a customer. Be considerate for this person that you’ve asked to help take care of your property, okay? And asked to do a good job, right? Well, they can only do a good job if they’re allowed to operate the way they need to. Now, the thing that really irritates everybody out there that provides any type of service in any w industry that we have offered known to man, is when customers have the audacity to think that the world revolves around them.

You are not the only person in the world needing this type of service, okay? So a little understanding on your part would be great. For instance, hi, we provide weekly mowing service. Not every three weeks, not it every 10 days. Not every this or every that. It’s weekly. So we show up every seven days without fail for you weather and equipment permitting, and we take care of your property. When you throw in your own types of restrictions and, and little wants and, and, oh, well how about this? Or I’ve got this idea, or blah, blah, blah, that’s when things get dicey. That’s when all of a sudden you’re like, well, why can’t my mower guy just show up when he needs to? Well, we would if we were set on our schedule, but now we’re trying to accommodate your schedule. And it doesn’t necessarily mesh with, oh, I don’t know the other 300 people that we have for the week.

You gotta realize you’re one person. We’ve got other customers that are like, sweet, wonderful, sounds great. ’cause they don’t have to worry about it. You’re over here nickel and dimming yourself over things that do not matter. And you need to get over yourself as a customer. Get over yourself as a, as a company, okay, fine, I’m over myself. I don’t need you as my customer. Okay? And it takes a while to know that, okay? Because at first you want to have everyone and you wanna accommodate. And then you realize, you know what? There’s more people who are willing to go cool, weekly, mowing, set it, done, forget it. Then there are people who are like, you know, what can we operate on a 13 days on, uh, 12 days off adding a a, an optional day here type of customer, okay? Because when you’re that customer, I’m sure you have lots and lots of issues with people that provide services.

I’m sure you have lots and lots of issues with probably trying to set up meetings with these people and get them to come out and provide estimates and, and all sorts of different things. I just have a funny feeling about that. I could be wrong, okay? Um, but yet, look at the common denominator. Are you always complaining about how you never have good customer service? Are you always complaining about how you never get, uh, the people to show up or they can’t stay consistent or anything like that? Is it because you’re inconsistent? Could that be it? Oh no, I forgot. You’re the customer. You’re perfect. Tulsa Lawn Care community. Lemme tell you right now, if you’re the customer you are not perfect, far from nor is the company for that matter, they’re human too. If you got skin, you’ve got sin. That’s how I see it.

Okay? And no matter what you do or try or say or blah, blah, blah, blah, I’m the perfect person and I do all this right? And I read today. No, no, you don’t. Alright? Um, I’ve never made a mistake. Okay, cool. That’s your first mistake, okay? I guarantee you there’s no such thing. All right? So people mowing weekly, get it done, get it signed up, get your guy taken care of because it’s a two-way street, okay? Do you respect our time? I hope you do. Alright. Get that lawn picked up. Get that that out of the way. Get the stuff away from, uh, uh, that you don’t want destroyed or ran over or whatever. Okay?

I understand that You’re home. Great. Wonderful take. You’re wanting us to take care of it. You’re wanting us to show it respect. You’re wanting us to make sure that we provide it with a, a very clean and detailed atmosphere, right? Well, if we go back there and we see nothing but wrappers and trash and toys and junk and everything everywhere, cool. You, you do not respect your own property. Why should we? You do not care if somebody comes in and destroys it. You do not care if anything happens to this property because if you did, you would be taking care of it yourself. Tulsa Lawn Care community, taking care of, of a property is not hard. It’s just about consistency. And that’s something we can provide you here at Kicking Grass, at taking names. Lawn care, consistency. We’re gonna show up on the same day every week, roughly about the same time.

’cause once we get our routes in place, we like to stick to them and be there, uh, for you guys at the same time. Okay? Things happen every day and hopefully as a human being and a and a person that provides a a work for other people and do things and stuff like that, you understand that things come up and things change. So maybe we’re a couple hours early, maybe we’re a couple hours late, whatever. But weather permitting and equipment printing will be there on that same day. Alright? A great understanding of that is absolutely phenomenal. We really appreciate that. And again, going back to weekly mowing there, there should not be a consideration for biweekly. Uh, if that’s the case, you are put on the back burner and then you wonder why you’re always having to turn over guys. ’cause they’re not worried about people who want biweekly services.

They’re worried about people who want their weekly services. That’s their meal tickets. Alright? Those are the people that want their lawn taken care of. Those are the people that care about the lawn. Those are the people that when you show up, they don’t have crap all over their lawn. All right? It’s picked up, it’s put away. Uh, things are out of the way. Hoses are put up. Okay? It’s little things like that. Oh, my kids left out. Yeah, no, it’s getting off your butt and getting things done. Alright? We’re gonna clean up your lawn as well as you are, okay? We’re not here to, to meet or ma the lawn. We’re not here to make sure everything is pristine and perfect and all the toys are put away, da da da da. If a toy gets chewed up, we’re sorry. Our bad. The Tulsa Lawn Care community.

Understanding how, how things work in the world. Respect is always a two-way street no matter what transaction or relationship you go into, okay? Business or personal, it’s a two-way street. If you fail to respect the person providing you a service, that person providing you a service will fail to provide you a respectful service. End of discussion. Uh, you can bait that with the guy in the mirror all you want. But Tulsa Lawn Care community, uh, having a a a quality company is priceless. Having a company that you know is gonna show up and do a job that you’re, you’re happy with and do a job that you’re like, Hey, that’s good. I’m grad. It’s, it’s taken care of. It looks nice. That’s kicking grass and taking names. Lawn care home with the $5 first. Mow, we’re coming out and we’re gonna make sure that lawn is something that is not on your list.

We’re coming out and making sure this, that lawn is taken care of. And don’t get me wrong, we’re human. We’ll miss here and there. That’s fine. Let us know. We’ll get it fixed. Alright? Uh, nine times outta 10, we’re gonna get it the way you want it. All right? There’s gonna be one time every, about, every 10 times that’s something that gets missed or looked over or, or something happens. Why? Just the nature of the game folks. Okay? Not trying to burst your bubble or get you guys all upset or anything like that. But the reality is we are all human and we’re here to, uh, do the best job that we can. Alright? And that’s what we’re gonna do for you. Uh, we’re gonna make you guys look good. We’re gonna make you guys look nice, taken care of. Like you actually care about your lawn.

Now, what goes on behind the fence is a different story. But remember, our mowers go straight and they only take ride turns. Okay? That’s it. After that. Anything in the way, mulched and shredded. So if you want to keep a toy, you wanna keep plus doll, you wanna keep something famous, you better get it picked up. And if you want your lawn to look good, or if you want to have nice, big giant clumps, weekly mowing is the way to go. Okay? Weekly mowing you, you can’t beat it, okay? It, it, it cuts the lawn, makes the lawn happier, makes the lawn greener. It makes the, I mean, it does all sorts of things with the lawn. You don’t, you don’t believe me, don’t, I don’t need you to believe me. I need you to ask your lawn. Ask your lawn, and you know, by asking your lawn. ’cause when you look at it, it looks like the best lawn in the neighborhood. Okay? The weekly mowing. Look into it. It’s the best thing since sliced bread with butter. We’ll see you out there, folks.
