Kevin ha with kicking grass and taking names long care home of the $5 first Mo wanna reach out to you on this snow packed snow covered green country morning and wanted to St. Talk to you guys about snow removal, snow removal. What’s that? Well it’s complex. It’s kinda like brain surgery and rocket science here it is. It’s where we come out and we remove the snow from your cement. So you can drive and, or walk around your property. What that’s right. Folks, snow removal by long company. I know it’s, it’s cutting. It’s revolutionary. It’s unique. It’s new. It’s, it’s crazy. It is what it is. And folks, we are here to come and do that. We are more than happy, more than willing to come out and provide this service. Why do you ask why? Cuz there’s snow and it’s something to do. And it’s what we do. We do outside services, property maintenance, and to maintain your property. We need to remove the snow. Um, most drastic reason is let’s say you have a crack in your concrete. Well, the snow will get into the crack and then eventually melt and then eventually freeze and then eventually expand the crack. So ongoing situation is heat up, freeze, heat up freeze.

And again, worst case scenario is the, the ice would break up your concrete and destroy it and you’d have to get it all repaved and stuff like that. But it, it that’s, it that’s not something that would happen in one Tulsa Lawn Care season or anything like that. That is definitely a, something that would take take time and stuff. But I mean like, like I said, that’s a worst case scenario. Uh, most of the time it’s just so you don’t slip and fall, uh, have your cars, cars slide around on the pavement, uh, maybe into the house or into another car or onto the yard, which is gonna be super, super soaking wet, uh, from all the snow and things like that. So it is, it’s just good, proper maintenance. It’s it’s like anything else you’re gonna do? Uh, you’re gonna want to maintain it and keep it up, uh, in the long run, cuz it it’s either you can do the preventative maintenance stuff to it now, or you can do the repairs to it later.

Uh, no matter what, you will be spending money on it, um, or losing money on it. Uh, I’m sure some people out there in the Tulsa long care community are thinking, ah, you don’t have to do anything, blah, blah, blah, no matter what it’s going to cost you, whether you do it upfront and maintain it, which will be the cheapest, whether you come back and repair it because you’re going to sell, sell it, or whether you do nothing and you get very little for your investment, uh, because other people look at it and be like, oh, I have to repair this. So always having things repaired, uh, fixed or, uh, already done taken care of and maintained, uh, gives you a, a bigger return on your product than trying to sell it as an as is, or, uh, something of that nature or something that you have to get fixed or whatever.

Um, having things already taken care of and looked at and, and looked over, uh, tend to appeal more to, uh, customers and other people looking to buy properties than, uh, uh, having to do it themselves. That is that’s always a huge turn off when trying to turn around and sell a property, whether it’s commercial, uh, residential, whatever, it doesn’t matter. Uh, here in the, uh, Tulsa lawn care community. We want you guys to know that we are out servicing, uh, residentials at this time. Uh, we provide, uh, shovel, snow removal. We really want to come out and help you guys out does not only does it help you with having a good maintained property and, and making sure your, uh, your stuff’s taken care of and keeps you safe, but it, it helps the community look nice, helps it look like we’re getting up. And we’re taking care of our, our, our things where we’re proud of our, where we live, uh, that we take care of all the stuff that is ours, that we take ownership and we make it look nice. Last thing we want to do is, is present our area as a rundown. No one cares. Who’s gonna get out and take care of me type of community. We want to, uh, show the world that, uh, Oklahoma, no matter the weather condition, whether it’s one of our famous tornadoes or snow blizzard of 2021, that, uh, we can handle it, we can drive in it.

We can clean it, we can maintain it, we can monitor it, we can, uh, take it on and move forward. Um, there’s a lot of reasons why, uh, what we do, what we do is we enjoy the outdoors. We enjoy maintaining properties, driving around, looking around at people’s homes and businesses and seeing how well and nice the up kept. And, uh, just taking appreciative of how everyone takes care of things. Um, snow removal is, is, is a lot like, uh, mowing. It’s an art, definitely have to do it a few times before you get the knack of it. Uh, figure out how to blow it, figure out how to, uh, figure out Beth, Beth, best, uh, practices for it. Um, you would think it’s just easy and simple, but, uh, again, I mean, and do I’m wrong if you’re a homeowner and you’re the one doing it going out there 17 times to shovel your driveway over the L next five hours is not a big deal.

Um, but as a, uh, company, we gotta be efficient. We have to have a system in place. We have to have method to the madness to, uh, quickly and efficiently and, uh, categorically quickly knock out the, uh, the snow on driveways, sidewalks, pathways, uh, whatever it is, have to have, uh, ways to combat gravel or otherwise we’ll be shooting pellets at everybody here in the Tulsa lawn care community and pegging their houses and their cars and their windows with rocks. Um, we’ve gotta have a lot of different methods in order to, uh, clean these things up. And that’s what we do at, uh, kicking grass and taking names, lawn care. We like to come out and take care of, uh, things in an efficient and experienced manner.

We are very much appreciative of the, uh, green country community out there, uh, with the needs of mowing. And we know these are, again, this is, has to do with time. Management has to do with, uh, you know, the fact that maybe you don’t have layers or all sorts of different things. Um, a lot of these things are, uh, manually intensive and can take a lot out of you. Uh, if it’s not something you guys do on a regular basis, why why go ahead and just put yourself through that just cuz you think you can. Um, that’s how a lot of, uh, accidents happen and stuff. So you gotta really weigh your options there and think about it. Okay. What do I do for a living versus uh, oh, I can just save a few bucks and do it myself. Um, what are you saving a few bucks?

What if you fall? What if you get hurt? What if you pull your bag, you can’t go to work. How much is that gonna cost you? What if you gotta go to the doctor? What if you end up having to go chiropractor a few times? How much is that going to cost you in the long run? These are things that, uh, a lot of people don’t think about cause they think, oh, I’m just gonna go shovel the snow real quick. And a couple things happen. They do a really bad job. Okay. No offense. It’s your home. You do as, as good or as bad job as you want, but they do a really bad job thinking they’ve done good and end up slipping. Anyway, uh, car ends up sliding around. They don’t scrape enough. Um, they don’t finish off the details of it. There’s all sorts of different scenarios that can happen. Um, it can, it can start a process like again, worst case scenario, you slip fall hurt your back. Uh, you, you end up having to miss a few days of work. You end up having to miss a more few days of work. All of a sudden,

All of a sudden what you thought was gonna be a hour worth of work, where you save a few bucks, you are now missing days of work. It’s starting to affect your paycheck. You’re starting to collect hospital bills.

You’re starting to have to miss out on family activities because you just can’t, you’re uncomfortable and you can’t go and you’re hurting. There’s a lot of things that, that you gotta take into consideration when going around and doing stuff. And you’ve gotta come to a decision in your life and you have to be like, you know what? I think this is better off for somebody else to do. You know, what’s, what’s 60 bucks, what’s 75 bucks for somebody to come in, shovel or driveway, uh, and take care of it for me versus me having to miss tons of work, miss out paycheck, getting hospital bills, things like that. I’m not saying that’s gonna happen, but that’s, that is a strong possibility. And that’s why we carry the insurance. That’s why we carry different things to make sure, uh, on our end, we’re covered on your end, you are covered. And then in the long run everyone’s covered and the job’s taken care of in a good and efficient manner. Um, cuz this is something that we’re doing on a regular basis. So one, our bodies will be used to it and we’ll have a better idea of how to handle the situation.
