I hope we are doing great, wonderful and lovely. Um, if we are, that’s because it’s warm out. It, the sun is shining. We’re getting precipitation. Grass is starting to grow. Uh, this is probably one of my earliest seasons where we’ve had, uh, to take on mowing, uh, so early, even with some nice good healthy lawns. Don’t get me wrong, I’m normally mowing something by now. Uh, typically is just the weeds and, and things like that. But if you have a manicured lawn, your lawn is starting to take off, especially if you’re fescue. Uh, we just are really in some really good prime, um, growing time for the fescue. It’s hitting, weather’s hitting just right for it. It’s just a really, really good momentum and it’s time to get that fescue taken care of.
It’s also time to get the scalping bag done for your Bermudas. Get rid of all that. Uh, winter gunk. Get it scraped off, get it, uh, bagged up, thrown away outta the way. Get it all taken care of for the season. That way we can start mulching it all up once again and getting it down into the ground and doing a lot of wonderful and nice things for the lawn. Time to really start taking care of it. Time to get it, uh, look after and have everyone come around and do their part. If you’re like most people, you want a one stop shop. I personally think traditional iteration is probably the best way to go. There’s a lot of benefits to it. And you’re not throwing more chemicals into the ground or around your house. That’s just me. Is it easier with liquid aeration? Oh, by all means folks. It is super easy, super great, super simple, right? But there’s that whole chemical thing. So, eh, whatever. If you’re into that, great, wonderful, let’s do it. If not, no worries. Let’s get those core, uh, pokers out and go after that lawn and make it air rated. Leaving those little knobs everywhere just to be smashed in later and all that. So, uh, sometimes you can’t improve on the traditional way of doing things. Uh, again, personal opinion. I think it’s a really good idea to use the core aerator, uh, just ’cause it’s, it’s more natural so to speak, and efficient, uh, that you know, actually just try to poke everything out yourself.
