I think we are out of the, uh, monsoon season, also known as the, uh, rainy days. I, I hope anyway, just maybe sparingly rain going ahead here and there. Not too much. We wanna be able to enjoy our grass and outdoors. Now. We got a lot of activities going on for everyone. So folks, I wanna talk to you guys and mention to you guys about reliability. Reliability. Oh yeah, of course. Reliability. Um, you know, a lot of my customers, my new customers that I get, they’re like, I don’t know what my guy, he didn’t, he just quit showing up.
He would just show up and I noticed my gas be, my grass would be long mowed and da da duh. Well, reli, reliability, communication, all the above. Uh, that’s what you really want. So Tulsa lawn care community, you want your guy to call to text to give you some sort of notification that they’re coming. You want them to let them know when you’re headed their way. And you want them to know when you want them to let you know when they’re completed. You don’t want to just kind of be like, oh, hey, you show up one day, my yard, my yard’s mode, and then two and a half, three, whatever weeks later, you show up again. You’re like, oh, my yard’s mode. You want to kind of have an idea of when to expect ’em and all that stuff. Good communication. You don’t always have to communicate back unless there’s just some special request that you want.
Speaking of, which, if there is, please try to communicate that in advance. Uh, a lot of times, you know, there’s so much, there’s only so much room on the rigs, um, and some guys carry everything in the world with ’em. And some guys, you know, they can only carry what they, uh, what they’re gonna do that day. And, and things like that. Uh, that kind of, uh, reliability and, um, things like that are good to have that what you don’t have to worry about too many other things and you already know you’re gonna be taken care of and all that fun stuff. Uh, we can’t pick up everybody. Obviously. We can’t have one person, one side of town, one person on the other. Uh, we do try to stay in a local area. So please understand that, uh, as we, uh, take you on as clients, move things around and stuff like that, um, as we grow, it gets harder for us to accommodate special c circumstances about, uh, certain days and things like that. Uh, we are going to be in specific areas on specific days, and we want you guys to understand that. And those are the days that will be there to service your lawn. Again, if you’re having weekly service done, your lawn is always going to look great and wonderful. You won’t have to worry about what really what day it is. It’s always going to have that nice mode manicured look. Um, and then every once in a while there are special circumstances.
You got an event coming up, whatever we most surely can accommodate and move things around and, and stuff like that. But, uh, the day that we usually come is the day that we’re on that, that side of town for doing those lawns, doing those services. And that’s how we can, can get so many clients for you guys and be able to help you all and take care of you in a good, efficient manner. So, Tulsa lawn care community, do not fret, do not worry. You will be looking good by us and our team. Um, and we will have all that done for you in a matter of, I don’t know, 20 minutes average per lawn. Some lawns are faster, some lawns a little bit longer ’cause they’re bigger or you know, maybe we only send one guy out or whatever it is. So, but either way you’re gonna know, you’re gonna know who’s coming. You’re gonna know, uh, when they’re coming, where they’re coming, why they’re coming when they’re leaving. That’s the best part right there. You always want to know when they are leaving. So, Tulsa, long hair community, definitely seek us out. Care of you guys in a reasonable manner. Uh, again, you don’t want these fly by nights. Um, hey, we got you signed up now. We’re never gonna communicate with you type of companies. Uh, again, I I get a lot of those, uh, clients that tell me that, that they’re like, I had a company, they would just show up at will. They wouldn’t tell us what, when and where they were going, and then I’d get a bill and, and things like that. So, uh, I always do like to let my clients know that way. Uh, they have the idea of when I was there. They can check it out. They can be happy. They know to kind of look on, be on the lookout for things. And again, we’re not perfect. We do try to be the best that we can be and, and get everything knocked out the first time, the best time.
Um, but, you know, we, we are human and we, we can miss things. And if we do, just, just simply send us a text, we’ll come back and get it fixed up for you right away. Um, and we, we definitely don’t want you to, uh, sit there and wait and then, you know, a few weeks later be like, oh, hey, you guys missed this. Okay, well, I mean, we’re gonna be out again. We’re gonna mow we’ll try not to miss it this time, but, you know, uh, and, and we’ll get you taken care of. But you know, please, uh, whole reason why I am telling you when we’re done is so you guys can check out our, our work, make sure we’ve done everything you need. Uh, it is your lawn. You will, uh, definitely have a better eye on it than we will. Uh, but we will definitely be trying our best to make sure we get everything done right the first time.
And, uh, that way you don’t have any more headaches or worries or anything like that. But, uh, as the consumer, you know, we always want you to, uh, double check us, make sure we’re doing good for you, make sure you’re happy with the, uh, product that you’ve, uh, uh, so graciously paid for. And, um, yeah, make sure that it’s how you want it, when you want it, where you want it. Um, if it’s not, let us know. We’ll change it up. We’ll do something different. Uh, it’s your lawn. Have it your way as they say, you know, since it’s gonna grow, we’re gonna mow, but we wanna mow it your way. All right? Uh, there’s many ways to mow a lawn as they say. Uh, we just wanna make sure you guys get taken care of and are happy with the results and all that good fun stuff.
So kicking grass and taking names. Lawn care wants to be the ones that come out and take care of you guys. Make sure you guys have that fun and carefree experience. Um, uh, we can also help empty out that backyard of trash, junk and all this other garbage stuff. Uh, if you do have a lot of trash or anything like that, let’s let us know. We can, uh, set up a stressful time to come out, pick it all up, take away the debris, make that lawn just a little bit more, uh, clear and free. So not to worry, not to fret. You guys have done a wonderful job reaching out to us. Um, we appreciate everything you guys have asked of us and done for us. We definitely are going to want to take care of you guys and make sure you have one of the best looking lawns out in green country.
Uh, not too many people can have a team that is communicated as well as we do. Uh, it’s one of the best things we like to do. Um, we do communicate, uh, over communicate, I feel, which, uh, can be a burden to some people. Uh, but we hope not to you. Um, anyway, uh, we hope that you’re the kind of client that likes and receives those types of communications and appreciates the effort that we do to go into that. Um, ’cause Boeing’s pretty simple. It’s pretty easy. Uh, we like to keep, to keep it that way. We like to make sure you guys are well taken care of. Uh, the hard part is the, uh, communication with the customers, scheduling and things like that. Uh, so we wanna make sure you guys know when, where, and how we’re coming. And, uh, that way you can be on the lookout and make sure you know, your lawn is just the way you want it.
Um, we want to be one of those, set it and forget it companies for you. Um, or you don’t have anything to worry about or anything to fear, uh, you know, things happen. We’ll communicate all that with you and let you know, uh, how we’re gonna fix things or if we need to fix things or if we’re gonna have somebody else come out and check it out and take care of it for you guys. So, all that good fun stuff out there for you, not too, uh, complicated, not too hard. We try to keep it as simple and easy as possible. Uh, the less stress on you, the better.
