Good morning, Tulsa Lawn Care community. Kevin here with Kicking Grass, taking names, lawn Care Home of the $5 First Mow folks, I hope we’re doing okay out there today. We are having a beautiful Friday out here in Green Country. Uh, supposed to get the high, it’s currently like in the fifties, supposed to get the high somewhere in the seventies. It’s gonna be a nice beautiful day as our meteorologist. Just like to say, it’s a six star weather day, and it will be, uh, we have a few final MOS and a Christmas light hang up, uh, this, uh, today. So, you know, we have a little bit of a on the schedule. Uh, next few weeks seem pretty bare. Hopefully we can drum up some more business for, uh, maybe leaf mulching or one or two more Christmas lights to do. Uh, while Christmas lights is not our main focus this season, um, it is a great fill in for our, uh, winter and, uh, over the holidays and things like that, uh, really helps us out, really carries the bucket and help us to, uh, get to our financial goals and help pay those bills.
You know how it is. So Tulsa Lawn Care community, uh, let’s talk final mos. It’s that time of year. Um, we’re getting ready to have our first hard freeze knock everything out for the season, and we’re gonna be doing some low moss today. What does that mean? We’re not gonna exactly scalp it, uh, but we are gonna kind of bring it down a notch and, and take off as much as we can. Really, uh, mulch everything up, get a nice looking even, uh, for the season. And then that way come spring, you’re ready to charge into and, and look great and have a one of the best looking lawns in the neighborhood. Uh, that’s the goal here at Kicking Grass is taking names, lawn Care home of the $5 first Mow, uh, really get you guys to have one of the best looking lawns and have the neighbors, you know, be curb kicking, jealous to be honest with you.
Uh, we don’t want them to, uh, look at your lawn and feel like you’re wasting your money. We want them to look at your lawn and be like, Hey, I want my lawn to look that way. And that’s, uh, that’s our biggest, uh, advertisement right there. Uh, a great looking lawn with one of our beautiful signs in it. Uh, just tops it off right there. That way people know that, uh, it is professionally maintained and that you care about your lawn that much. You hire one of the best teams in Tulsa. We really appreciate that. Uh, we’re gonna be out there making those lawns look great today. Um, and then we’re gonna concentrate on leaf mulching, which as long as you don’t have your entire lawn covered in leaves, it’s a really good option, uh, for your lawn, uh, especially, uh, uh, given that, uh, you know, it just turns right back into dirt and, and just really provides a lot of good nutrients that your lawn needs.
Uh, it’s kind of like, uh, it already knows what your lawn needs and, uh, it provides those exact ratio of nutrients needed, um, because it came from that lawn. So it’s, it really helps out. Let’s get you, um, get those leaves taken care of, get those leaves, uh, off the property because the longer they’re gonna sit on there, you know what, this is gonna happen.
That’s right folks. Tulsa lawn care community, those leaves will take out your grass like a sniper and call of duty, okay? And what I mean by that is the longer they stay covered up, the more your grass is gonna deteriorate and, um, disappear. And if you have a fescue, which most likely you do somewhere on the property, uh, because of the shade from those leaves that are in the trees, uh, you’re going to have to end up, uh, really doing a lot of work to get that grass back aeration over seeding lots of watering and stuff like that. It’s not that it’s hard, it’s just time consuming. Uh, and as a homeowner, that’s not something you really wanna have to put up with, um, or pay for. Uh, when the simple act of just getting the leaves removed off the lawn, uh, will be so much better.
Uh, so if you have fescue, you really would, should do a leaf removal if you have, uh, Bermuda leaf mulching is fine, uh, up to an extent. And, and again, that that’s what I mean. Like, if your lawn is just absolutely covered in grass, then I mean in sorry, in leaves, then, uh, yeah, you definitely want to get that removed. But if you’re seeing grass here and there, man, just have your, just have us come out, mulch it up, it’ll look great, it’ll be great. It’ll do wonderful for the lawn. It’ll be a, a win-win situation. So Tulsa lawn care community, uh, don’t allow, uh, things to get outta hand real quick. Okay? Let’s go ahead and take care of those, uh, grass needs now and get on start, get on it and, and stay on top of it. That way you don’t have to worry about things getting wildly outta control and all that fun stuff, all right?
We want to make sure you guys are well behaved, uh, well taken care of. And, uh, those lawns just start looking really, really good, really nice. So keep that in mind as those leads start falling. You know, and, and here’s the other thing. You know, we’ve got a lot of great deals. Uh, we have packages and, and stuff like that where you can set up, uh, to where, you know, we’re gonna show up no matter what, like every two weeks and most of those leaves up for you. Uh, you’re talking about, talk about set it and forget it. I mean, your lawn will be on point on schedule. And the other thing is, if we’re the ones coming out and monitoring your lawn and taking care of it and doing all that stuff, then we’re coming out and we’re not really ever having to reschedule anything.
Okay? So we come out, we know we just most your leaves, now we can come back out, oh, hey, let’s get that spray in, let’s get that final spray, let’s get that final, uh, uh, fertilizer put down, or pre-emergent or post-em or whatever you wanna call, uh, whatever your lawn is calling for. But since we were taking care of that, we’re not showing up going, oh, hey, we can’t do that. You need to get somebody to take your leaves off. Okay? So many times I’ve, I’ve had clients, oh, hey, can you hurry up and show up tomorrow and, and do this? Or Can you come by today? I have these guys show up tomorrow and they say they won’t do it unless the leaves are gone and blah, blah, blah, blah. I get that. That’s fine. And, and if we can accommodate, by all means, we’ll get out there and help you out.
But understand on our side, we do have, uh, you know, usually a one to two or when we’re really busy, three days that are already locked into schedule and we just can’t sometimes fit things in like that. Uh, now I’m not saying we won’t try, I’m not saying we won’t try to figure out a way or something like that, but you know, just to be respectful of our time and our schedule and our, uh, employees abilities and, and, and things like that, um, then you need to, to give us a little bit more advanced notice. And that’s what what I mean by set it and forget it, your lawn will be taken care of. You won’t have any hiccups. You’re not gonna be sitting there going, why am I, why am I having to worry about this? I hired you guys. Exactly. The only thing that we will do is we’ll come to you and say, Hey, this is what we noticed.
What do you want us to do about it? Okay, we can do this, this, or this, your option. Okay? And, uh, usually when there’s, there’s options like that, it’s because we’re different price points and we wanna make sure you’re, you’re okay with all those price points. So toast, lawn care community, let us know how we can help you. Let us know how we can take care of those leaves, get that lawn looking lush and vibrant and super green come next year. Uh, we don’t wanna waste any time or waste any resources. Uh, we definitely do want to make sure that you are a happy customer, uh, that you enjoy your lawn, that you know that it looks great. Why, why make life hard? Why have one lawn in one neighborhood and one lawn in five miles away and one lawn another five miles away? Why not have three lawns in one neighborhood? You know? I mean, why not have three lawn, three houses right next to each other? It’s, it’s, it’s a win-win situation, okay? Uh, we’re there, we’re quick, we’re, we’re, we got three homes all knocked out. You all look great, you all look in unison. Uh, and then if you’re all on a, a package deal, I mean, you’re getting things taken care of, you’re getting, um, you, you’re irrigation system taken care of.
