Good morning, Tulsa Lawn care community. Kevin here with kicking grass and taking names. Lawn Care Home of the $5 First. Mow folks, how we doing out there today? I hope we are doing wonderful. Uh, we are having some good rain, approximately, I believe the weatherman said it’s been about a good salt, 50 days since we’ve had, uh, some, some measurable rain. Uh, so that’s pretty good. That’s, that’s, that’s cool. We need that. Uh, we probably needed a few, few weeks ago actually to kind of help that last little bit of growth come out and really polish off the lawns just right. Um, but yeah. Yeah, so we got some rain. Good, good for the, good for the ground, good for the everything, uh, was getting pretty dusty over the last few final mos of the week. Um, but yeah, we did good. Uh, we’re hanging in there.
We’re mowing still. Uh, getting a little leaf mulching in. Uh, we’re doing some, uh, some, some light put up. Uh, you know, just all sorts of good stuff starting to change, uh, activities around, do new things, do different things. Uh, so yeah, it’s really nice. It’s really good. Uh, some people are calling it quits themselves, going out and meeting, uh, some new clients for the first time, uh, out here. Uh, so Tulsa lawn care community, uh, we are growing, uh, we are making you better and stronger. Um, we’re getting more clients taken care of. Uh, we’re really allowing them to, to enjoy, uh, enjoy their time, enjoy their, uh, their homes and stuff like that without having to be burdened with every little task in detail. Uh, and remember, that’s why we’re here. Uh, we’re not here because mowings hard. We’re here because you shouldn’t have to do every single thing in your home, man, if you absolutely love.
And, and the other thing is like, we, we love helping people. Uh, so like I’m over here taking care of, uh, one client who just, who just doesn’t wanna have anything to do with lawn care, which is fine. You know, they’re working in the wood shop, they’re doing whatever. And then the guy across the street who’s retired and, and, uh, manicures his lawn perfectly, man has an issue with his mow. And he is come over here and talk to me about it. Nice guy, friendly, you know, he is like, Hey, I need some help. I need some guidance, da da da. Try to help him out. We try to figure it out together, see what we can do and, uh, you know, hopefully resolve his situation. And, uh, he, he’s mowing. He’s back there fighting for that lawn of the week every week. There’s probably about, I don’t know, 10 homes in this neighborhood that go after it hardcore.
And it’s pretty, it’s pretty good. It’s pretty funny. Um, I caught one of the, uh, couples out there one time, just how they were just doing it together, working together with all sorts of different equipment. I mean, like, you know, older couple, yes. But they’re out there like a long crew man, really going after it. Fast, efficient, uh, lot of tools, different, different design of things and stuff. It was very interesting. Very cool. So, Tulsa lawn care community, uh, we’re out here, we’re wanting to make sure we have everything taken care of. We wanna make sure we are, uh, providing all the right, uh, essential needs that one might want and desire for, uh, a nice looking lawn. So if you do all that, okay, you’re spraying, you’re fertilizing, you getting it mowed weekly, you’re
Gonna have a really good looking lawn.
Okay? Having said all that, let’s make sure those leaves don’t
Decide to cover it up and
Kill the grass, okay? The leaves act
Like a,
A blanket,
If you will, and really smothers and kills all that grass. Uh, so we, we wanna make sure we don’t allow that to happen. Uh,
And that could be taken care of
Several ways. Okay? One obviously is the leaf removal,
Um, which we can do, we
Can absolutely do for you.
The second is leaf mulching. Uh, now I only suggest that, uh, at two times, one, if you just don’t get that many leaves,
That if you pile it up, you might get a bag or two worth. And by the way, leaves are very deceiving, okay? You’d be surprised how quickly you’ll get a bunch of leaves together. Next thing you know, you have 87 bags,
Okay? And the other is you wait
Till the majority of ’em fall, you get a good leaf removal
In there, and then you just have us come
Back and mulch it up just like once a month, okay? Uh, because you got a leaf probably, you know, within a,
Within a
Square foot, you probably have two leaves or a leaf is, is the type of scenario, is what I’m talking about. Now, if you’ve got, I don’t know, 10 leaves within a square foot, that’s, that’s some good coverage and you need to get that removed. So I wouldn’t, I would not sit there and think to, uh, mulch all that up. ’cause that means you got a lot of leaves, and then that’ll just turn into a heavy blanket, and that’s not what you’re trying to do to your grass, okay?
Um, and, you know,
Get a little mo out of it, whatever, uh, ’cause the grass, no matter what, the grass is gonna grow, not until January, February when it turns all brown. Uh, will the grass stop growing?
Okay?
And, uh, then yeah, of course we don’t wanna mow or do anything like that at that time, uh, just because, uh, you know, get a lot of the,
Uh, it won’t
Really root well. And so it’ll just kind of blow away and, and stuff like that with the power of the mowers and stuff like that. So, Tulsa lawn care
Community, just note, grass is
Growing. I mean,
We go into November, sometimes mowing some lawns. So don’t, uh, don’t, don’t be afraid. It’s okay. Um, you know, you, you’re gonna have people come over for any Thanksgiving you’re gonna have, you’re gonna have family over. Uh, you guys
May wanna play a little
Backyard brawl or something like that. Uh, man, why do it in wheats? Why do it in where, where the grass is tickling the knees. All right, let’s get out there. Keep that grass short, keep it trimmed, keep it just right and, uh, out there, have some fun. All right? Uh, and, and plus, when the grass is, is treated right, it’s stronger, it’s healthier, if so, can handle all those
Cuts and, and moves by your, your crazy Uncle Bob and all that other stuff. All right? So when you’ve got that, uh, yucky jany grass, man, it
Stinks. It smells, you know,
People come back in all
Funky and they’re trying to eat Turkey and ham and
Stuff it, and all that good stuff, and you’re just like, man, what’s that odor? Oh yeah, we played that football game, and everyone’s like, funky from all that stinky
Grass. So yeah, it does happen. And
We don’t want to do that. We wanna make sure
Everyone’s got a, a
Good smell at
The dinner table, ready
To eat all the, uh,
Chicken and dumplings, so to speak. You know? I don’t know, not chicken, obviously it’s Turkey. So, uh, maybe you guys are Turkey fans. Maybe you’re ham fans. Maybe you’re like, why do they even make Turkey? And they make Turkey because I like Turkey. That’s why they make it. I’m, that’s special. Um, I think turkey’s absolutely wonderful. Okay? And, uh, you know what turkey’s like, they like short grass. They do not like long grass. They like short grass. They hide in long grass when the mean hunters are out trying to get them, and then they come out in the short grass. So if it wasn’t for the short grass, the hunters would never find them. So think mower. <laugh>, that’s right. Hunters think mower. If it wasn’t for us, we wouldn’t have any turkeys to hunt. All right? So keep that in mind. Let’s get, uh, all our turkeys out there.
Uh, let’s get them on that, on that table. Let’s make sure that lawn is, is mowed nicely so we can, uh, enjoy the time, uh, with family and friends and all that stuff. Uh, so that’s why we do it. Uh, everyone’s got jobs they like to do and want to do and stuff like that. Definitely wanna make sure you guys understand that this is something we enjoy doing. We’re gonna do a really good job at it. We’re gonna make sure you guys look great, uh, after we’re done doing it. So don’t, uh, don’t hesitate. Give us a call, 9 1 8 8 7 2 0 0 3 8. Uh, let us know how we can help, when we can help, and how often we can help. Okay? Uh, your ideal best scenario is weekly, uh, mowing. You’re gonna have some of the best looking grass. You won’t have, uh, major clippings anywhere. Uh, it’ll all be short, clean, fine looking.
It’ll, it’ll be wonderful. Uh, you guys will really enjoy the, uh, the process. Uh, we try to make it as seamless. Uh, I, I’ve, several times I’ve been with customers and I can hear the voice, they’re kind of frustrated and a little annoyed having to deal with people. They, you know, for whatever reason, they, they can’t, they just, whatever. And then, you know, after a, a season with me, they’re just like, they’re really appreciative. They, they like the way we operate things and stuff like that. Mowings not hard. Um, and don’t get me wrong, we are going to make mistakes. Uh, I will immediately try to reach out and let you know, Hey, this is what happened. How, you know, this is how I believe I can fix it. Will that work for you? And, uh, if it does, great, and if you’re like, no, can you do something else?
Hey, we can always talk about it and see what we can do, uh, and stuff like that, you know? Uh, but no matter what, we wanna take care of you. We wanna make sure you guys are, are, are happy with the product and stuff like that. Uh, again, like I was saying, mowing is not hard. It’s not a complicated thing. Uh, there is a process to have a nice looking lawn, we believe, um, and we believe we produce a really good looking lawn for a majority of our clients. Uh, you know, being in, uh, being a business for about seven, eight years now, um, officially as a licensed insured company, uh, you know, we’ve had, majority of our customers have been with, been with us since the beginning of that. And then on top of that, uh, you know, I just, you know how mowing is?
Well, I’ve always mowed. So Tulsa Lawn care community, um, keep in mind that some of these clients I’ve had for over 20 years, uh, just as a side hustle when I mowed. Uh, so we do know what we’re doing. I, I am a owner operator. Uh, we, we really do enjoy, uh, providing a great product for you guys and hoping that you guys enjoy it and understand how, how, how it works. Okay? Uh, we’re never out there out there to, uh, try to gouge or price hurt or anything like that. Uh, it’s just, you know, things cost money and this is what it is. And everyone wants to make a margin. Uh, so it doesn’t matter where you go, even when you go to the restaurant, you know, uh, that egg didn’t cost $7 when you go to have them make it for you. Uh, but there’s other processes along that you don’t see or don’t know about, uh, that, that egg tries to cover.
Okay? You can go to Walmart and get an egg for, you know, 10, 12 cents, okay? Get a dozen for like two or three bucks. But when you go to the restaurant, those, you get three or four, you know, you give out three eggs or omelet made and it’s a $12 meal. So understand what I’m talking about. Tulsa Lawn Care community, um, note that we are gonna provide you with one of the best looking services that we can. Uh, and it’s just a lot easier if you let us provide everything and do everything, uh, we offer for that service. And, uh, nickel and dominant it down won’t, won’t do any good. Um, at the end of the day. It just, it just does not help the process. Uh, so just sit back and enjoy. Let us, uh, provide what we provide. If it works out for you, great. If not, we understand. Uh, maybe we can catch up with you in a another season of your life, uh, where it might be a better fit. Alright? Again, kick grass, take name’s, lawn Care home with a, uh, $5 first. Mow, give us a call on (918) 872-0038. Uh, let us come out. Let’s inspect that property. Let let us show you what you’re missing.
