Again, this is, uh, Kevin with kicking grass and taking names, lawn care home with first Mo for only five bucks. I know homeownership can be expensive. Uh, there’s, there’s always things that can go awry and wrong. Um, but as I said, it’s, as long as you maintain these little things, you budgeted in there, you figure out what you want to do, what you need, and you just have it have to go at it. Um, there’s, there’s not too much to it with your Tulsa Lawn Care.

Um, but as I said, it’s just, it’s just one thing taking else off your plate. You know, you’ve got committees and meetings and all sorts of things going on out there, but Tulsa lawn care community, I want you to know that kicking your ass and taking names, long care is here too, to lower the honeydews that you already have on your plate to do.

Uh, we’d like to, uh, put your mind at ease knowing that we’re there. We’re going to be there when we say we are, we’re going to take care of your, your property, um, and try to help out anywhere else we can, whether it’s cleaning gutters, um, mowing the lawn, removing the leaves, getting jumped off the property, um, fertilizing, doing whatever we can to help, uh, help maintain your property. All right guys, you have a great one. You can have your free time to go do something else, you know, like watching a movie, play golf, uh, shop with your kids, whatever it is that you want to go do. Uh, that’s why you hired us to come in and do, if you’re wanting an immaculate job where everything is just picked clean and there’s not a single leaf left in there, it sounds like a great job for the homeowner.

So Tulsa lawn care community, always remember when you hire a, a team of people to come to do something, they will do the best job that they can and they will have an expectation. But again, they’re there to make money in a set amount of time but not there to, to get to for they’re there for efficiency, not perfect. Think about McDonald’s. McDonald’s does not sell the world’s best hamburger, but they are everywhere and they sell a good enough hamburger that you will stop every time you see them.

Golden arches. So the same idea here. We are not perfect, but we’re going to make sure that we do a good enough job and you’re going to want us to come back. Um, and if, and if we don’t talk to us, communicate with us, okay, give us a chance to rectify the situation. Um, you’ll, uh, you’ll always be moving on and find a new, uh, long guys.

If you constantly sit there and just, um, Oh, I didn’t do a good job and you don’t tell them that and they, and then move on. Um, cause we’re always going to think we do a good job until you’re like, Oh Hey, you know, I wasn’t happy about this. Blah, blah blah. Uh, everything is a relationship. Everything’s learning, uh, chance. Everything is, um, about growing with your Tulsa Lawn Care. So the only way for us to grow is for you guys to communicate. So we need to hear from our TOSA, lawn care community. Um, we want to know all the things you guys like. We want to know, uh, you know, what, what, what preferences people have.

Uh, even talking to a lot of my customers, hearing their experiences with other lawn care guys or things that they heard in the past that this works, that doesn’t, you know, this versus that methods that they used to use back in the day that we can implement today because Hey, you know what, that wasn’t a bad idea and maybe the automated something or other wasn’t that great of an idea for your Tulsa Lawn Care.

Um, so there’s a lot of different things that could happen just from the communication, um, your level expectations versus our level expectation. Uh, that’s, that’s, that’s the main one right there. Like, what were you expecting when we started versus what we were expecting to have to do when we got here? You know, a lot of times that a lot of times that’s the biggest issue. You know, you guys say one thing, which means something to us, but it doesn’t mean the same thing to you. So like a fall cleanup, for instance, fall cleanup, uh, might be leaves, shrub bushes, trimming things down, taking branches, taking junk, things like that. Um, where a leaf removal

or fall clean up leaf fall clean up is Hey, what is here to pick up leaves, you know, so verbiage is everything. Um, making sure everyone is on the same page and communicating very important. Um, tell us a long care community. Just don’t be afraid to reach out. I know everyone’s real quick to move on and find new players and new people every five minutes. And in this industry, the industry of lawn care, I mean that trust me there is, there’s going to be tons of new people. So, uh, the relationship I can build with you is, is important.

Um, and I want the Tulsa lawn care community to know that, you know, I’ve done this for a while, I’ve about 10 years, give or take and you know, and I’m trying to make a real run at it and, you know, give me a shot, you know, let me know what you think and you know how I can improve and who knows what else we can do out there.
